There is no fridge or minibar in the room I don’t know why!!

The reception was really nice

- MOLD - there is a strong smell of mold, that makes it hard to breathe, especially during the night - A lot of noise, all the time; drunk people talking loudly and slamming doors in the middle of the night - The towels don’t seem to be washed properly - The balcony is common for a couple of rooms on the first floor, which makes it easy for thieves to grab things - The food is ok, but there are not a lot of options. For breakfast, the choices are: eggs or boiled beans - The gym is a joke. It’s a little room with barely any windows or air, a couple of rusty machines that seem unsafe to use and surrounded by bugs and spiders

The staffs were excellent ,breakfast and dinner was also very good,the location is very close to the beach which was what we wanted,we also had the pool view from the room,it was beautiful.its also a very neat hotel.

The beds are quite old and also very loud.the bathroom could also use a bit of renovation and better quality toilet paper.other than that,every other thing was perfect.

Hotel Don Miguel Playa was amazing! The lovely staff really took care of us, especially after we had some problems while we were in vacation. Would highly reccomend it and would come back if I visit Palma again!

Cold pool, no one was swimming.10-15 min by foot from beach. Breakfast was very basic. Coffee at breakfast was horrible!! Small old gym is located in the nearby sports complex. Don't expect much.

It was great stay for this money. Pool is nice. Staff is friendly. The hotel is not on the sea directly but it is in a very silent place (no noisy cars under the windows, like in case of the most of the hotels). I took halb board. Beakfasts and diners were good for this money.

We needed to go to another hotel Metropol for dinners, but it was ok, 1 min on foot. The beverage is not included to the dinners. If you would like to have tee/water/cola/wine/beer etc, you pay extra (not extensive: 2,2Eur/0,5l water, 2,2Eur/glass Cola, etc.)

No internet connection for days, which didnt bother me that much. However i needed itn the last day, by that time they fixed the problem but it kept disconnecting. No soap by sink, just one, about 250ml bottle of shower gel that barely foamed up. No shampoo or hair conditioner.

Not really worthy for the price they requested. The room seems like those of some hostels. It is really frequented by Deutsch young people which are always drunk and do a lot of noise during the night, it is impossible to sleep. Only the staff was polite and friendly, but I will never return there again.

The hotel is located close to the airport and has 24-hours reception. It is a typical hotel with small rooms, in which you can stay 1 or 2 nights but not longer.
