We went for breakfast and my friend wants bread that is not in the table, when we asking for it they says that they will brings it after prepare. When they served it we fiund all the breads are expired and full of fungus and smelly, not only that they havr two types of juices in the jug, mango and apple that looks few days old. Even the tap of apple jug not working. Staff are very rude not even greet any guest. We informed reception even they lief to us. They told us they already replaced staff but we found in next morning same staff. No mannetd no respect for hotel guest. I never seen this in my life like this. Very very disappointing.

Better service and more proffessional attitide from staff. Kitche staff need to be trained snd understand howbto make happy to their guest.

The Lytton offers a welcoming and safe environment with central location. I've stayed couple dozen times over 25 years and never disappointed. New staff at reception compared to pre-pandemic, but they seem to carry on the friendly service I know.

They have satellite TV, but channels a foreigner might like to watch (BBC, CNN) are behind a pay wall. France24 is free, or guests can use internet to stream another channel. Also, I'd like to see more reasonable beer pricing in their Sunset bar.

Hotel food is not good for money. Food rate is higher than other Hotel and Restaurant.

Fair but basic, for Asians enough choice, for Westerners just enough
