Bienvenue au Crescent, un complexe en bord de mer situé sur la route panoramique 98, dans la région de Destin / Miramar Beach. Nous sommes à distance de marche du Silver Shells Outlet Mall et à côté du Surf Hut.
Le Crescent est un complexe de 4 étages en front de mer doté de 2 piscines et clôturé. Nous avons une piscine de style lagon tropical de 4 500 pieds carrés et une deuxième piscine chauffée en saison! Ne cherchez pas plus loin ... le paradis est ici au Crescent. Un complexe de condominiums unique et haut de gamme, situé directement sur la plage, dans le golfe du Mexique, du côté calme de la plage de Miramar. Cet appartement penthouse situé au 4ème étage et composé de deux chambres à coucher présente des intérieurs de designer, des plafonds de 10 pieds que l’on ne trouve qu’aux unités du 4ème étage, ainsi que des rideaux et des dessus de lit personnalisés. Bénéficiant d'une cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner! La chambre principale et le salon s'ouvrent sur le jardin tropical et le golfe du Mexique, où vous pourrez profiter d'une vue incroyable sur un balcon partiellement couvert.

Booked property on VRBO. Had stayed at another property 2 previous times. This was by far much superior. Cleaner, more luxurious. Very private. Extremely satisfied with our choice this year.

The Crescent is a beautiful property and room 416 definitely has the best view of the pool and ocean!!
Everything was very clean and well kept and the stay was very enjoyable! The beach area was beautiful and not crowded since it’s a private area! We would definitely stay here again!

We love The Crescent Condos! This unit was our favorite so far. 2 BDM/2 Bath. Master bed/bath was amazing! Very clean, amazing views!!!
Had a minor maintenance issue but the owner was very responsive in staying on top of it to get it fixed!
Highly recommend and we Will definitely be back!!!

This was our first time to stay at this condo and we were very pleased with the accommodations. The kitchen was stocked the best of all and we have been coming to the emerald coast for over 30 years. Beds were so comfortable and the view was beautiful.

Fantastic property super clean, everything works, best view in town, private beach what more can you ask for. Great restaurant next door if you don't want to drive after a day at the beach. And the best most personable host we've ever had in all the years we have gone to the gulf coast. Roxanne rocks you'll love the communication from her on day one.

Let me start off by saying Roxanne was amazing and answered all our questions. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. Her condo was beautifully decorated and clean. No sand on the floors..the view was to die for. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and all other kitchen items. All the appliances were nice and in working order. The resort pool was never crowded and neither was the beach. The complementary beach chairs and umbrella was a plus. I honestly have absolutely no complaints about the condo or Roxanne… The only thing I didn’t like about the resort was that there was no ramp to the beach for W/C, strollers, wagons, etc. and the wristbands the office provides do not stay on the greatest. However the condo owners do not control that and in no way does that impact my review for her condo itself. I highly recommend this condo and Roxanne you will not be disappointed. If i could give more than 5 stars I would. The resort was nice and clean also, and the fact that is gated was also a plus. I’m looking forward to our next trip.

Loved the property. Didn’t love the wristbands. It’s a bit of a pain to have to make sure you’re keeping up with them while on vacation. Number codes is such a better way to do what you’re trying to do.

We love the location of the Crescent! The setting feels very private with an awesome view of the beach while still providing the convenience of nearby shopping for supplies.(Plus restaurants, a book store, and several antique stores.) The condo is complete with everything you need; we especially appreciated the patio furniture on the balcony - the chairs were really comfortable :) Thanks Roxanne!!

The Condo is very nice indeed. Very well looked after and with a beautiful patio looking out over the ocean. Our host, Roxanne, was absolutely brilliant. From the moment of booking, months before our stay, to our time during the stay, Roxanne was so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend Unit 416 to anyone looking for a 2 bedroom Condo in a great location. Everything is so convenient and very close by.

Great Location
Condo was nice, we like to cook breakfast and we had to wash all utensils,pots and pans before use. They were nasty. Everything else was fairly clean. Owner checked on us during our stay. Loved having a set of chairs and umbrella's included. Overall I would stay at this condo again.

Beautiful Condo
We absolutely loved our stay at The Crescent! This condo was perfect! The beds were super comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with anything you would need to cook for the week, and loved the master bath shower. The view off the balcony is amazing! The private beach is nice as it’s not overly crowded and if you’re not feeling the beach poolside feels resort like! All the staff was super friendly. We will definitely be back!

Great location, very clean, and organized
My family and I had such an enjoyable vacation at Roxanne’s condo. Perfect location on the beach. Water was very calm and clear. Large pool was an added perk as well. Roxanne was so helpful and extremely responsive. She takes very good care of her place and you can tell she takes pride in it. It was immaculately clean and organized very well especially the fully equipped kitchen with labels everywhere which I appreciated. My husband and I are neat freaks and a little OCD and her standards matched ours which is very hard. We will definitely be coming back and staying here in the future.

Best rental in Miramar!
My husband and I have been coming down to the Miramar Beach area every summer for the past 20+ years. This was our first time at The Crescent. It is by far the best condo we've stayed in! Roxanne was very communicative and easy to work with. The condo is immaculate and beautifully furnished. There were lots of little touches to make the week enjoyable: ice maker in the fridge, lots of hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet bathing suits, comfortable beds, comfortable sofa, even box fans in the closets to use for white noise. We hope to return again and again. This will be our "go-to" spot!

Excellent vacation property
This unit is wonderful. Updated and well decorated. Very clean and organized. An extra special touch with some beach and pool items. The kitchen was equipped with quality kitchen items and things not usually provided in most rentals. Great communication with the owner.

We have stayed here 6-8 times over the years and we love it. Location is great. Rooms are awesome and not too crowded compared to other locations.

Great beach access.
I’ve stayed in this area several times, but many of the locations require we cross a busy road to get to the beach. There’s no distracting traffic here. Just a walk through the pool area and out a secure gate to the beach. You can see the Surf Hut to the right, so don’t go out on the balcony hungry. Still, our condo had a direct and unobstructed view of the beach. The room was clean, and our communication to check in was seamless.
