The staff were uninterested and not helpful. Could not book in for breakfast as they were too busy in the restaurant. No timeslots provided.Odd!

Amazing property, great vibe and location for exploring Hiroshima. Our 4 bed room for whole family was a lot of fun! The converted pool/dining room was just an amazing space to eat and chill in.

The breakfast crepe was nice, but as the only thing on offer for 3 days in a row, think some bread/toast could have been offered also just to allow a little variation. A minor point though.

A great hotel with very helpful staff and some good facilities. We booked a single room with little sleeper compartments and that worked really well for us as a family. We could have chosen to breakfast there, but there were plenty of nearby options.

Que hasta las diez hacen el aseo en los habitaciones y, si se pasa esta hora ya nadie te arregla la habitación deberían extender un poco más el horario.

Strange pillows. Only 1 hook to hang towels, could easily put an extra hook in bathroom for 2nd towel and a couple of hooks in main room for coats would be helpful

Amazing location, the place to stay in Hiroshima. Lovely guest services like washing and communal places to sit outside of your room. Amazing shower and bathroom facilities. Overall such a pleasant and cool hotel

Really bad air conditioning. It was worse than my apartment in Australia with no air con, it felt like I was going through a heat wave. I got little sleep. Bed could be more comfortable too.

We are a family of 5 (admittedly with very little luggage and stayed overnight) and stayed in the room with six bunk beds. We are pleasantly surprised as to how well the space is utilised. The common area (aka not-for-swimming-pool) on the top floor is also interestingly well done. Add the great location and it's really good value.

La ubicación muy buena. Cerca de la estación y caminando al Parque de La Paz. Ibamos un grupo familiar de 9 y ubicaron todas las habitaciones juntas. Fantástico. La habitación tipo loft fue fantástica para nuestro grupo que incluía niños.

La verdad es que me gustó todo. No tengo queja.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to many tourist areas in Hiroshima. The room was compact but utilised space very well. Clothes washing facilities were convenient and easily used. The coffee shop on the street level was excellent.

Some carpeted areas in common spaces were worn and should probably be replaced to match the rest of the excellent facilities. Reception used an automated check-in machine even though staff were present. We still needed the staff's assistance with this. Ditch the machine. It is nice to talk to people.

Lovely hotel design and calm feeling inside despite being located in a vibrant area of Hiroshima. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast (crepes, sweet or savoury) accompanied with beautifully presented soup, granola, salad, and juice / tea / coffee was delicious. The crepe menu changed daily, so you could enjoy variety. The staff prepare your crepe for you upon arrival to breakfast too so they are fresh and hot. There is a shared kitchen for use too which looked nice (we didn't use it). The location is a longer walk from the train station, but is close to restaurants, shopping and the Peace Park area.

Room was very tidy, but not as modern as other Share Hotels we had stayed in.

Three-person room was spacious and super comfortable

The Hotel is in a good location from which you can easily explore the city. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and the staff was friendly. The hotel has a great atmosphere, especially the breakfast room is very special because it is located in an old swimming pool. The room is Small, but has a large Television.

The bed and pillows were very hard, which is of course personal preference. For breakfast you could choose between a filled sweet or savory crepe. This is particularly difficult for vegetarians or vegans. Overall, more options would be desirable.

The hotel kept propping the fire door open on the stairs. This should be kept shut for safety.

De locatie is echt TOP! Kamers vrij ruim en zeer vriendelijke personeel.

Het was ontzettend warm in de kamer en de airco een beetje lawaaiig.

Todo o hotel e o quarto estavam muito bem decorados com uma decoração minimalista, moderna e clean. Adorei a cabeceira do quarto! O quarto estava também muito limpo. Um ponto muito positivo foi o quarto ter uma banheira!

A localização é o único ponto menos positivo. O hotel está numa zona agradável mas fica a 29min de distância a pé da estação de Hiroshima… decidimos ir a pé com as nossas grandes malas de porão da estação até ao hotel mas no dia do check-out, para voltar para a estação, tivemos que chamar um táxi para ir até lá pois era incomportável voltar a andar tanto com as malas. Vá lá que o táxi não foi nada caro.

A perfectly nice hotel in a good location. Maybe slightly prioritised style over substance but good for the price.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable and the shower room smelt a bit. They only clean every other day.
