トイレとお風呂が別でよかった。お部屋は綺麗でゆっくり休めた。パーキングからも近くて　とても便利 周りに美味しいお店もたくさんあり　遅くまで営業していてその点も◎ 朝ごはん美味しかったです♪

街の中心にあり非常に便利で、かつ、駐車場もあり安心して宿泊ができた。

What went well with the stay at this hotel? Well, pretty much everything, from its location to the staff at reception, to the cleanliness and planning of the room, and last but not the least to the breakfast buffet, which had an infusion of freshly prepared Japanese and Western style food. Every single one of the staff members we encountered at Hotel Washington Hiroshima was exceptionally courteous and helpful, typical of the Japanese standard (still, acknowledgement has to be given!)

Nothing really. Maybe the soundproofing at the room we stayed could be a tad better.

Pleasant stay easy to find close to city center

Our non-smoking room (1004) smelled of smoke, we believe from the carpet as the furnishings did not smell! Very disappointing and not pleasant. Note: the hotel have not acknowledged the key point of this review (the smell of smoke in our room) in their response; I also, inadvertently clicked on the "not useful" icon thinking it was relating to the hotel response - not my review which I hope IS useful!

客室通路の声が凄く聞こえるので防音性は低いように思いました

Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr köstlich. Die Lage war ebenfalls einwandfrei, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch einfach zu Fuß erreichbar oder per Cablecar, welches nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt ist.

Da das Viertel sehr belebt ist, ist es auch in der Nacht noch recht laut, bei geschlossenem Fenster aber gar kein Problem.

The housekeeping should focus on cleaning the rooms of the customers who are staying as first priority not the rooms of customers checking out. Also the front counter customer checkin service needs improvement to explain in more detail to foreigners, show more appreciation towards foreigners, and have a more equal mindset with foreigners. They seem very rude and disrespectful dealing with foreigners. They need to be trained to work with foreigners.

Location was okay. Room okay Staff are nice. 10mins drive from JR Hiroshima station. Always have taxi outside. So many shops and restaurants near by . Big toilet! Nice bath tub !!!

Only thing is the blanket was kind of made by plastic or some other kind of fabric. Was very uncomfortable middle of the night. There is a soft sheet before the blanket, but if sleep with someone like my husband, the sheet moves around. So sometimes the blanket directly touch to your skin. Not comfortable at all.

The reception is very well laid out, and the staff were very friendly and spoke good English. There were complimentary hot and cold drinks in the foyer, along with refills for the room consumables. Our room had a nice view overlooking the small Alice in Wonderland themed plaza behind the hotel. It was a nice modern room, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel is located fairly central. The nearest tram stop was only a couple of blocks away, with the A Dome and Peace Museum a short ride away. The staff were also nice enough to arrange luggage transfer to our next hotel in Tokyo.

As always with Japanese hotels, the storage for clothes is non existent. But by this point in our trip, we'd come to expect that.

Located close to the tourist area, shopping area with many restaurants. There is a tram and bus station 5min away from the hotel which help moving across the city and go to the train station. The room is relatively big.

The Washington had very helpful staff, who bent over backward to accommodate you, the rooms were in the bigger side with comfortable beds. it is ideally located a short walk to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial, and around the corner from okonomimura for some tasty food

Great location in central Hiroshima. Polite staff who speak a bit of English. Coffee machine for free use in the lobby. Very good breakfast.

Rooms are quite small (though we have seen smaller in Japan). The bathroom though is of good size. The room walls are quite thin so we could hear sounds from the other rooms.

reasonable room size compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. Good location. Great hosptitality. storage of your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Bit of window view. Handy Location.

Only peper cups provided (glass preferred!). can't think of others in comparison with other hotels I stayed in Japan on this trip.

The hotel breakfast was great value for money. The room was a very good size and we had a great bathroom as well. It was really well priced and very close to a lot of great shops and restaurants.

Emily (Chen) was so lovely! Not only was she polite, she was friendly and a genuinely welcome face when I walked in the door! She was kind, very helpful and great at explaining everything I needed to know! Plus her English was great!

The room had all the essentials and was very clean, however was a little rundown (tear in the curtains, older bedsheets). Otherwise perfect for a cheap, quick stay!
