Sijainti. Toimi yhden yön yöpymiseen. Teatterin puoli oli mukava ja asiakaspalvelu miellyttävää ja ystävällinen.

Hotelli sijaitsi työmaan keskellä. Outdated. Opastekylttejä olisi saanut olla enemmän. Aamupalalla pohdin pitkään missä juomat. Respan henkilökunta olisi voinut kertoa että huonekortilla saa alennusta A la carte ruoista. Moni paikka meni kiinni alkuillasta niin jäi kaupungilla haahuilukin hyvin vähäiseksi.

The staff was very friendly and we had no issues whatsoever. Location was nice, within a short walking distance from the railway station. The room, bedding and bathroom included, was clean and comfortable, all in all quite spacious and looked like in the pictures. There was a tiny fridge as well. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, nothing spectacular but we didn't leave hungry.

The room didn't have air conditioning so it got very hot and we kept waking up. There was only a small fan provided but it got easier once I opened the window, which required a bit of effort and squeezing because of its location.

Everything else is a normal mid-range European hotel. Location by the central square of the city. If there are spaces, you can park in the courtyard of the hotel. But the courtyard is passable to the townspeople.

The windows cannot be opened. 1/5 of the window area is intended for opening, but only 15% can be opened, not 90%- There is no air conditioner. There is no air and it is hot.

Really big room, had a sofa, comfortable chairs, a lot of space and a fridge. The breakfast was nice. Bathroom comfortable. Short walking distance from the train station and close to a supermarket.

Lunch and breakfast were great: the food was fresh, tasty and plentiful. All of the staff we met were friendly and professional. Although our room faced the street, there was almost no noise at all during the night. The lobby is comfortable and often quite peaceful.

The hotel is relatively old and it shows in some of the details (but everything still worked well). Our room was a little bit on the warm side during the nights during early Summer. Our room was not cleaned on a Saturday although we left a request about it on our door (perhaps this was by design/plan but we don't know).
