The room was booked for 3 people, but bedsheets and towels was prepared only for 2. Beds are not comfortable. Also it was very difficult to verify identity

It was close to the city. The property was clean.

Both the Beds and sofa bed uncomfortable. The sofa bed was broken, had a ditch in the middle and both the single beds were hard and difficult to sleep on. The kitchen and bathroom was good. Just needed tea towels for the kitchen. There was no instructions to operate the washing machine and dishwasher. Also where to put the rubbish. we had to find it ourselves. I have stayed here before, and it was in much better condition.

The apartment had everything I needed for a most comfortable and pleasant stay. Beautifully placed; trams and supermarkets close by, but could walk almost every where.

Ha! I always like to buy flowers wherever I stay. The apartment did not have a vase, but the coffee pot did the trick!

Large spacious apartment in a great location. The entire city center of Helsinki is within walking distance.

Very, very poor quality of customer service. Before arrival, there is a lot of information about additional services that can`t be purchased and information about the need to clean the apartment before check-out. Some nonsense. It is necessary to send a photo of an ID card and a selfie. We had a reservation for 4 people. Upon arrival, 3 sets of bed linen and 2 sets of towels were waiting for us. Inability to call the customer service department. Very late reply to written messages. The problem was not solved until the end of the stay. Dust and dirt under the bed and behind the TV. Dirty in the bathroom. The apartment was badly cleaned. Lack of interest in the issue after returning despite filling out the satisaphaction questionnaire. Everything is managed by a large real estate operator (apartments all over Scandinavia). A single client is ignored.

We had a reservation for four people. The bedding was only for three. And a lot of spam before arriving at the place :D

The location was great and convenient

All the rest. the room was totally not like the photos and there was damage in the kitchen counter and doors. the booking was for 2 people and they gave us a single bed with a single towel set and pillow set. Unfortunately when we asked about it they said they will bring it, something that never happened during our 2 nights stay. For us the experience was bad, considering that they didn't also have thick curtains so there was sunlight all night in our room, considering that the metal blinds were not closing sufficiently.

This is my 3rd time staying in this apartment block, 2nd time since it has been "Forenom" - I think these are wonderful apartments in central Helsinki. Super easy key code system (I tend to get into Helsinki quite late so this is absolutely ideal for me). When I did have questions on the apartment before stay - they were very quick getting back to me via email. Well equipped Kitchen - we made food each day on our stay and had all utensils we needed. Washing up liquid, dishwasher tables and laundry detergent - all provided. Very clean and modern fixtures in the apartment. There is a lift if you end up accidently doing a lot of shopping and of course makes it easier with luggage. The apartment is very very big - I have stayed just as 2 people, easily you can fit 4 but the bedroom is separated from the lounge with a thin door. However the layout of each apartment is different so some more accommodating than others. This one had a single and and a sofa bed in the lounge and a double in the bedroom. T Location: 10-15 walk to the very centre oh Helsinki, but you are within 5 minutes from Kamppi Metro, shopping centre and bars. An Alepa supermarket is minutes away but you also have a larger Lidl, K Supermarket within 5 minutes walk in the shopping centre.

These are really small things: No wine glasses We had no shower gel on this occasion - I am sure we have had previously slight curtain issue - that it does not quite cover the window.
