Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time in the Exumas. The property is perfect to explore all the island as it is located exactly in the middle of it. There are all the amenities for a perfect stay, like a fully equipped kitchen. The pool are was amazing during sunset, we always used to close our days with a couple of kaliks there!!

Everything about our stay was great! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and everything you could ask for.

Our kid had Exuma and "swim with nurse sharks" on her bucket list so off we went looking. We wanted to avoid the resort experience and wanted flexibility with food and avoid crowds. Tom's property was perfect. Just 5 min from the airport and 10 min from grocery stores was convenient. We also felt very safe in the private community. Clean and nice beach within a few steps and the heated infinity pool on the property was a treat! We swam in it early morning and late evenings after day excursions with the iguanas, nurse sharks and sting rays at chat n chill. Made awesome memories on this trip. To be frank, as a mom, my favorite amenity is the clean and private washer and dryer machines on the 1st level of the unit next to ice machines. Norm does a great job with propery maintenance! So grateful to have stayed here. Tom also left us beer in his fridge! An ideal host. Thank you again, Tom.

First of all, Tom was more than accommodating and answered any questions we had! Thank you Tom! The place was SO clean, very happy. I would say the property has the Best beach. The infinity pool and hot tub was the top. Great view. We traveled the whole island and were very happy we picked this place. We will definitely return and stay at the same property. Thank you Tom for the cold welcome beers in the refrigerator, was a welcome touch! If you could rate higher than 5 stars I definitely would!

This place is fabulous. Great location, gas grill, commercial ice maker, washer and dryer on site. Beautiful pool and hot tub over looking the beach and water.

Tom’s property is amazing! The moment you enter his VRBO, it feels like a home in paradise. Everything in this house is set up for you to just sit back and relax. Nice, beautiful kitchen, spacious showers, and a comfortable bed. Property outside the VRBO is very well maintained. The star of the VRBO is the beach. We traveled to many places, and this is hands down the most beautiful beach we have ever seen. The beach was white and sandy, and the color of the water looked like glacial turquoise. Words or even pictures cannot describe how beautiful this beach is. You must experience and see it with your own eyes. You will not be disappointed. There is a lot to do in Exuma, but my wife and I would have been happy just staying at Tom’s VRBO for our entire vacation.

This property is so well appointed and the beach/pool area is unbeatable. We are already planning our next trip. Loved it so much!

This home was in the perfect location, super clean, and just as pics appear. The ice maker was so convenient for filling our cooler! The pool and hot tub were an added bonus! Norm, the property manager was an absolute delight. Will definitely be returning!

Perfect location for a quiet, relaxing vacation for my wife and me. Large patio area with an infinity pool, hot tub, and incredible views of turquoise water as far as the eye can see. Numerous beaches within driving distance. Unit is very spacious. The Owner and Property Manager were also extremely helpful and made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this location. Very good chance we will be back for another stay!

The property was wonderful plenty of room very clean

This was an amazing rental. We did not need for anything at this unit. Everything was thought of for us down to the welcome beer in the fridge that was such a nice touch! The pool & pool deck was amazing. We enjoyed it every day! We rented a car & explored a couple different spots on the island & checked out Georgetown along with trying a few different places for take out food. We had Ribeye steaks from Prime Island meats twice. Amazing cuts of meat!! We would definitely return here.

All went well and smooth. Felt like home.

Absolutely lovely

This was a perfect accommodation for my husband and I. The property is very well maintained with beautiful gardens. Being on the ocean and having access to a pool was ideal. The kitchen was well equipped which make cooking if you want to stay in a breeze. Thank you to Norm who helped us figure out the remote! So nice having you on site.. the ice machine and laundry facility was a bonus. We will definitely be back.

I've been to Exuma couple of times already, but this location is the best. Literally 2 min away from the airport. Close to our fave restaurant Cocoplum Bistro, beach front, heated pool! Highly recommend it. Inside the apartment was perfect for my family. We had a blast!

This was our first VRBO rental and it couldn't have gone better. The communication from Tom the owner was exceptional, clear and timely. The unit was perfect for us as a couple, although more could have stayed here comfortably. The location was stunning and this was possibly the best beach of many stunning beaches we visited on Exuma. The location was convenient, although a car is probably needed and is , in fact, recommended by the owner. All in all we were very pleased. and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property is very close to the airport which is nice for checking in and out. We only saw a few planes the entire trip so there was no airport noise. We traveled in late August so we were pretty much alone and quiet. The pool, deck chairs, and huge umbrella are within feet of the ocean so we could sit quietly and listen to the waves. The house was super clean and comfortable. Huge ice machine and two sets of commercial washers and dryers. Honestly felt like home. Couldn’t have been happier.

My husband and I stayed here for six days this past April and it was amazing! The apartment was new, clean, and perfect for two. Tom was very responsive any time we reached out and was very helpful. We met a few other people staying in the same complex and everyone was super friendly and had great restaurant recommendations. The location was perfect. It was a 15 minute (ish) drive into Georgetown and there are other stores and amenities close by. The property is gorgeous and we enjoyed time at the pool and on the beach. The water was a bit rough, but the views are amazing! And the beach is perfect for walking. We can't say enough about our stay here - and we look forward to visiting again in the future!

Absolutely beautiful, extremely clean and everything looked pretty new! Will be coming back with our three sons and their families for sure! Peaceful and relaxing and wait to you see the pool!

My wife and I were where with a group of 19 staying at other properties within walking distance. After a 3 minute drive from the airport, our check-in process was a breeze. The house was exactly as shown in pictures and as clean as can be. The only thing that separates this house from the beach and pool are the front units. I actually thought the walk down would be further when we booked but it's literally around 100-200 feet away. The beach front properties are absolutely beautiful but since everyone had booked rooms already and it was just my wife and I, this one bedroom property was PERFECT for us. The home came stocked with essentials. We drove to the market (one is 5 minutes away in one direction and a bigger one about 15 minutes away in opposite direction) and bought our food and drinks for the week. The infinity pool is gorgeous as is overlooks the beach. The beach water is a little rough. Tom is very quick to answer any questions that you may have prior to the trip and during the trip. There is a washer and dryer downstairs in a small room and our unit had some Tide Pods. The machine is free to use. There is also an ice maker in that same room that makes an infinite amount of ice. Our group was jealous as they all had to bye ice for their beach days and we were able to fill our large cooler (also supplied in the unit) to pack our drinks and food. We visited Coco Plum Beach and Jolly Hall Beach. Both were a little tricky to find but Google it and go. Luckily some of our friends visit the island every year and knew the spots. Both beaches were amazing and we had the entire beach to ourselves. Another day we took the ferry to Chat and Chill and that is also a must. We also did an excursion to see the pigs, iguanas and more with Robert's Island Adventures and highly recommend them. Reasonably priced and amazing service. Some recommended places for food on the island are: Shirley's, Big D's, Rolle's on da Curve (a little spot on side of the road about 3 minutes away that had amazing fried conch. It was my favorite conch meal on the island), Santana's and Cocoplum Bistro. Big D's and Santana's had the best views while eating! Shirley's not bad either. I'll end this review with I would absolutely rent this home again! Highly recommend for a couple or small family. We've been gone for 2 days and already missing the house and the island. For larger groups, look at the front properties. Jimmy Hill for the win!!

The house is beautifully decorated with all accessories needed. Steps away from the beach. The grounds were take care of nicely. One of the groundskeepers took the time to cut a coconut out of the tree for my daughter. He opened it up so she could taste the fresh coconut water. ❤️

This place is exactly as described. The pictures are spot on. It is simply a beautiful and stunning place to stay. Norm was awesome. He is a really nice guy. The only downside of our stay was the bugs all around the island. We got bit pretty bad. Bug spray is essential. The building is close to the beach, so the steady wind helped with the mosquitos while spending time there. The pool has an incredible view that will not disappoint!

I stay on property every year but this was the first time staying at this particular unit. It beat my expectations! The house was very clean, great location close to the airport and right on the beach with ice blue waters, the pool is amazing. The only thing we didn’t have was an iron. I will definitely recommend this property to friend and to my guest that wants to stop over in Great Exuma.
