こどもがお風呂が楽しかったようでチェックイン後と夕ご飯後にも入っていました。とても楽しかったとのことでした。 外出の際　行ってらっしゃいませと笑顔のスタッフが居てとても癒やされた。

フロントのチェックインの際　全く笑顔もなく早口で何を言ってるかわからなかった。 15時のチェックインの時間に行ったので焦っているのか知らないが不機嫌なのが伝わり来て早々嫌な気持ちにさせられた。

ウエルカムドリンクのビールが良かった 浴衣ではなく作務衣が良かった 清潔感があった トリプルルームがあるのが良かった(ベッドの大きさが同じ) コンセントが多くあった ベッドサイドの個別ライトがありがたかった

Un buen sitio para quedarse en Takayama. El desayuno buffet es muy bueno, variado y abundante.

とにかくサービスが良い。 ウェルカムドリンクや、 お風呂を出たあとのアイスキャンディや、朝風呂のあとのコーヒーなど、 貸し出し品もかゆい所に手が届くような品揃え。部屋着の貸出なども利用していないけれど、リピートした時には荷物が少なくてすむだろうなと思いました。

The room is clean and spacious. Their private onsen rooms are excellent.

床很舒適、柔軟適中很好睡，房型空間也大，早餐超級美味：咖喱、明太子、麵包…每個都好好吃，連老爺不愛吃飯店早餐的人都稱讚早餐很棒

離鬧區有點距離，但因此鬧中取靜，只是如果遇到下大雪應該會很苦惱

Location is central, can walk to nearby scenic spots. Welcome drink is of good thought and breakfast quality is nice. There are public and private bath on the 7th floor which is clean! It was a comfortable stay!

Lovely facilities and staff. Room was clean and comfortable. It was excellent value for what we paid.

A bit far from the sights, but still within walking distance.

I was excited for our stay based off reviews and cost, however the room was very small, slight stain on sheet and carpet not clean. Location and reception staff great. Also no free parking available.

Great location, great atmosphere throughout the hotel. Spacious rooms, on site car parking. The spa facilities were a bonus!

helpful staff and good location the gym was a super plus for us

we had some issue as there was bad smell coming through the shower room. however the hotel staff immediately helped us and gave us another room. overall our stay was excellent here.

onsen is superb.

I loved the greeting from the front staff with a free welcome drinks, I loved how comfortable the beds were, the decor of the room, the size of the room was beyond anything we'd experienced in japan for this price, the amenities were great, the sound proofing was perfect, the room layout was comfortable, the breakfast was great value for money, and we loved that my partner and I could share the small private onsen together - even with tattoos!

Arrival went well. What I expected.

Escalator coming down was broken. I have bad legs. Had to carry down luggage from room. Very difficult to go down with bad legs, let alone with luggage.
