The location is perfect, very central and few mins from all tram lines. The room was nicely decorated and clean. Communication with the hosts was great and even though the room wasn’t ready when we arrived, the lady who welcomes us was very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately we were woken up a few times around 1-2am as we could hear footsteps from the room above ours.

If the toilet door on 1st floor was open, the smell was very noticeable in the stairwell and entrance hall.

The building is in a terrific location, convenient to the river and its restaurants and bars, across from a beautiful park, and one block from the tram line. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and very clean.

The two rooms in the building are two and three flights up a narrow and circular staircase, which made it very uncomfortable to get my suitcase in. I had to carry my dog up and down the stairs because she refused to walk on them. My room at the top had slanting ceilings and only sky lights, so no view of anything. This accommodation is run by a private host, so I let myself in and did not meet the host until the next morning.

We liked the location, central, opposite a beautiful park and close to the river The room was very French and lovely. Comfortable bed The breakfast was good as well

Traffic noise outside was noticeable, even though the window glazing was good quality. I should have used my ear plugs!

The room was spacious but the stairs to top floor not easily to manage with suitcases.

No one on site, just young lady at breakfast. Breakfast area far too small, if like us people sitting next to you are not friendly makes breakfast a very uncomfortable moment...we could not wait to leave!

The room was super cosy and charming, the bed was top notch quality, and the location is just perfect - we had a 10 min walk to go to the Chartrons district which was just ideal, you're also close to the park for a nice morning jog, and quickly back to the center city as well

The room was on the 1st floor with amazing views of the park. It had a little balcony. The room looked lovely, very spacious, decor and bedding were nice. Breakfast served down stairs was bread and jam, nice fresh bread tea, coffee and orange juice. Helpful staff. Communication was good and thankfully we could leave our bags after check out.

There were a couple of things that could have been cleaned a bit better, there were had some nail clippings in the shower and what would have been a toothbrush holder was really not clean. Nothing major everything else was clean. The shower and toilet in the bed room, I hated !! I like my privacy and I missed this when I booked. I dont see why it has to be so open, the room is huge and a wall could go in to separate it.
