A beautiful and cozy apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A kitchen with all the appliances/tools/dishes for cooking, a comfortable bathroom, a large room with a smart TV (finally, which supports connecting to a phone via WiFi), and there is a spacious balcony where you can sit. Friendly staff who checked us in a little early with no problems or questions at all. The location is convenient, a 15-minute walk to the sea, there are many establishments nearby. Definitely recommend.

De bedden lagen heerlijk. Mooie nieuwe meubels.
Douchekop kon niet versteld worden. Er was geen oven/combi magnetron.

Die Lage ist top. Strand und Stadt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplatz quasi vor der Tür!
TERASSENFENSTER schließen nicht dicht. Daher war es im Wohnzimmer zugig. Heizung schlecht zu regulieren, entweder zu warm oder zu kalt. Fernseher hatte viel Störungen und Bildausfälle. Frühstück..naja. Vor allem fehlt bei dem Preis ein Geschirrspüler.

Frühstück haben wir selbst gemacht. Waren mit dem Komfort in der Küche sowie mit der gesamten Ausstattung sehr zufrieden. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter haben den Aufenthalt vollendet.

Lovely apartment, it had everything what’s needed for short or longer stay, fully equipped for longer vacation too. 10 minutes walk from the beach and amazing breakfast!

Could be cleaner, hair and dust everywhere, many lime spots in the bathroom, blinds broken.
Basically not too bad, but the price-performance ratio is not right. Quite expensive for an apartment without breakfast. For the same price I took a hotel one day later with breakfast and pool included.

The location and the easy acces. The areas where you need hygiene were very clean.
As a couple the two single beds with single linnen werent optimal. We were in the "older" building which is renovated but in a cheap way. The ceiling feels like you're in an office, overall it didn't feel it was done with love but in a rather cheap way.

Dear All, unfortunately we were not satisfy with our room. This is a very old building and in a very bad condition. There were holes in the floor at the door to the garden, holes in the ceiling in the bedroom, no air condition, no window in the small bedroom. The room was direct to the street. As it was always hot in the room and traffic noise during the day it was not possible to use the room during the day. Therefore we will not come again and for sure not recommend these appartments.

Modern, very spacious apartment. Just on the outside of NES (800m) and not far from the beautiful beach and strand pavilion. So you feel like you are really on a holiday!! We could stay with our dog.

Very nice place for a family with all the commodities. Very easy to access by bus from the harbor. Not too far from the supermarket and shop of Nes and at few minutes from the Beach.

The apartment was very clean.

Considering the relatively high price of the room I was surprised with:
- Towel rental
- Beds were not made, we had to do it ourselves

Located at 10-15 minute walk from the beach n centre of town. Apartment had a large patio seating area. Living dining n kitchen area ok for 4 persons.
