Fungus on bread in breakfast buffet Charging for use of extra bed without notifying the costs in advance. Not clean, did not change sheets etc. at all during a 4 night stay. On our last day they didn’t even check our room at all.

Location is very handy, their terrace is spacious and welcoming, breakfast is fine (even though not as great as said by others), size of room

We were given an accessible room, so the shower did not have a box. A single soap dispenser in the shower (i.e. not separate shampoo product) feels slightly cheap. Anti-corona measures are unpleasant for everyone, but if the rule is that mouth masks should be worn inside, I would expect that guests not following the instructions are reminded by the hotel staff.

Location is great.

The ceiling above us was making creaking noise while neighbours were walking. It was rather annoying,specially in the middle of the night but everything else was pretty good.

In the room there was just one small window. With all restaurants being closed because of covid, a minibar or fridge in the room would have been useful

I stayed at the hotel with a group of friends for a celebration and had a total of 5 rooms. Our stay was great - absolutely no complaints. Numerous precautions and measures have been implemented by the Hotel to provide a safe environment against COVID-19. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious and while a mini-bar would have been a welcome item the lack of one in no way impacted negatively on our stay. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional and did their very best to accommodate our requests, as well as provide us with excellent recommendations on restaurants in Nes. Breakfast was also very good and the staff ensured that there was gluten-free products available every morning for one of my friends. Would stay there again without hesitation.
