Small room without ability to open the window

Location and breakfast.

First time in my life when instead of a person I was checked in by a computer. The room was not cleaned, after complaining I was told that in sms which I received after checking in by a computer, it was written that I have to ask each day to clean my room else they dont do it! First - the sms was impossible to open, second - is it logical to ask each day to clean the room?! Since I was busy, I asked only twice. Have not I payed enough to expect a clean room?

The location is near to Central station. Room was quiet, cleaned. Breakfast was good, rich enough. Bed and mattrass were comfortable.

Great location for local sightseeing and travel from nearby train and bus stations. Excellent breakfast in a bright and pleasant breakfast room. The staff were helpful and welcoming and readily assisted when requiring adapter plug.

room and shower/WC on the small side - problem finding space for 2 cases and the laying out of clothes. Will return but will consider booking a family room for more space.

The breakfasts were excellent,lots of choice of good healthy food.The service was run like clockwork,and everything was as we liked it.

We thought our room was rather small,also there were no cupboards or drawers ,just an area to hang clothes in,which made it tricky to store our luggage.

Breakfast was excellent.

A decent priceworthy hotel close to the centralstation, with a good breakfast, handy non-luxurious rooms and perfect for a sjort stay workwise

Excellent central location with good access to local shops, restaurants, public transport and sightseeing opportunities. Really comfortable beds. Brilliant well presented buffet style breakfasts offering a wide choice and served in a pleasant comfortable breakfast room. Helpful, friendly and efficient reception staff. Polite and thoughtful chambermaid service.

Room was lacking in satisfactory shelving and wardrobe facilities offering little opportunity to unpack and care for clothing. I found this surprising as we had opted to choose a larger double bedroom.

central, good value. breakfast was included and it was great value for money. excellent value

the court yard outside our window was pretty gross. not sure if hotel had any ability to influence or not but not at all nice to look at. could not open windows for fresh air
