Location, breakfast, facilities, warm sheets, view, staff I had some issues with the door on my first and last days but I got through them because the receptionists were very nice and helpful.

Parking was a bit difficult. We didn’t specifically request parking as we thought it was included (perhaps be a bit clearer on this procedure), but did try to book on the spot. However we were told the lot was full already, only there were a few spaces empty for the whole evening, night and morning we stayed?

Very close to the university if you're visiting the university for work. The check-in was really easy and they sent thorough instructions via text message.

The facility is a bit old.

Almost everything was perfect especially for the price: size, staff, location, breakfast, decoration....I would 100% recommend and come back for a short stay in Uppsala.

1 big con: very uncomfortable pillows 2 small ones: shower pressure and not many TV channels

The breakfast is fine, but since I don’t eat meat, I would have liked some eggs or some fish like salmon or herring for protein. Otherwise, perfect.

Good position, but definitely the room was not worth the price.

Basically everything: the room was fading and dirty and I found some hair both in the toilet and on the duvet. The worst part was the staff behaviour: when I went to the reception to tell them about the problem, the guy at the reception seemed very upset, came to the room and "cleaned" with a tiny towel and a sprinkle. He did not even apologize for the problem! I would have expected at least some excuses, if not a new room. They are undertaking some room renovations, and clearly the room they gave me was not yet renovated. It would have been better for them not to put on the market that room at all. And they would really need to find nicer staff.

very nice hotel, perfect location for visiting the main site of Uppsala university. Clean and comfortable room, although not exceptional. Very tasty breakfast.

The hotel is really clean, the staff is very nice, location is 1 km away from the station, in a peaceful area. Recommended

nice to be able to use the breakfast room all day for coffee (I guess I only used it once, but it was nice to know)

I stayed in a double room with my wife, everything was good. We liked that we could use the kitchen for free chocolate drinks and water all day. The WIFI was excellent.

Although the double bed was comfy, it wasn't one large single bed, but two beds with a gap in the middle. The breakfast was average, some of the boiled eggs were too soft and there was no chocolate spread or honey. The hotel is located a bit uphill, which is good to see the castle and the botanical gardens, but not so good for trips to the city center.
