The room had a spectacular view of the pool and the sea. The beach walks were wonderful along the water breakfast was satisfactory. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They only had breakfast and no other meals that would’ve been nice specially rainy time of year, so he would not have to walk. That would’ve been my only concern other than that it is a beautiful place to stay and I like the idea it was out away from the chaos of the city. This place is a little bit aged and probably could use some freshening up, but definitely a wonderful location, we will definitely stay here again in the future and it is part of our plans
We had a few issues with safe, not working. Tiles lifting up in the room, which I hit my foot on a couple of times other than that which wasn’t a big issue we loved our stay.

A unit of 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and washing machine is very comfortable and worth the money.
The hotel is by the beach and a jogging lane along the sea is great.
The swimming pool is also great.
The unit is dirty and old. it would be good if the owner renovates the rooms and keep them cleaner than this.

I prefer the quiet and calm atmosphere there to the crowded beach, but no idea if it was holidays.

Not much as the place seems very old.
Rooms was dirty.Maintanance of place seems very bad.Staff at counter not even smile at arrival.Been to loads of hotels in Thailand and this place should remind them self to be more welcome to guests.

More comfortable sun loungers and general seating. Cushions would have been lovely. The wood is very hard

Location. A perfect retreat after the madness of party time Pattaya. I miss been there after one day away.
Beautiful pool, beach, head to the Dam or the Bull for lunch.
Book the 8th floor rooms over looking the pool. Room 815 is outstanding.

The large room. Great variety for breakfast.
The TV set got very bad reception for the movie channels. There is a Karaoke bar every evening next to North wing of the hotel. So pretty noisy until midnight. No help for renting motorcycle. Very far from North Pattaya 30 mn ride. Asked for quiet room with no one in the hotel and put me next to kid pool.

The room is clean.
They did not prepared the room for me. Single pillow. No towel. No toiletries. The WIFI is really bad. The breakfast is late.

The hotel is very well designed and located next to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can enjoy the gorgeous seaview if you stay in the main building. Tasty breakfast are directly sent to room. There is a nice long walking path along the beach. Value for the price.
