Breakfast was nice

All very convenient for us for our work-related trip, options of the carvery next door made life easier, staff were very helpful, and hotel was clean and comfortable and at a very sensible and acceptable rate.

Our bedroom toilet smelt of urine. Toilet bowl was grubby. It needed bleaching. Cramped shower cubicle with an old shower curtain. Old looking sealant in shower cubicle. Depressing breakfast situation. Cramped eating area. Really uncomfortable and hard beds. They need descent mattresses. Reception toilet absolutely stank and put you off your breakfast. No toilet brush and faced with uncomfortable situation. Stank of urine. We have never stayed in such an awful hotel and paid £148 for the night with no cancellation. Very expensive for what it is. We will never stay in a Holiday Inn again. There was no space for parking and had to park on the premedis next door. Just shocking. No air conditioning and had to listen to the fan all night. There was no life.

It was easy to find...parked the car near the door...staff very helpful indeed... Food fantastic couldn't fault it...hot.... Freshly made.... lovely kitchen staff... nothing

All the staff were very helpful, respectful, our room had plenty of room and the bathroom was very good for disabled people, the room was very clean, plenty to eat for breakfast and a good choice.

The hot water in the shower was not very hot and the shower water did not drain away very well so the floor stayed wet.

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Betten waren bequem, Das Hotel ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der Ring Road, aber von Verkehr hört man nichts. 1 km entfernt ist der kostenlose Parkplatz für das Park + Ride in die Innenstadt. Im Zimmer war eine kontinentale Steckdose. Genial
