Nothing to be honest

Spur of the moment visit to Preston to watch the footy (3-2 win against Ipswich!) and I’m really glad I found this little gem. Price amazing for what you get. Modern, clean, comfortable bed, really friendly staff, lovely breakfast. I don’t do reviews in general but I’m making an exception here because it’s thoroughly deserved.

Good sized car park. Price. Warm welcome. Breakfast

Window was open to full view by passers-by, there was a blind but that blocked off too much light. The shower room could have been better maintained send cleaner around the gloor/wall area. Marks on walls and signs of mould/damp even in bedroom (I gather the hotel has been fully open during the pandemic, it's taken dime hammer). Having said all that at the price I paid I don't expect 3 star luxury, it served my purpose but I'll probably look elsewhere next time.

Room staff and breakfast excellent could not fault the hotel well worth the money, definitely will be staying again ,everything looked like new and had been refurbished recently

Breakfast very good, room clean and tidy. A recent refurbishment and one or two things not quite finished off! The plug in the sink was not attached to the sink at the back and the bathroom blind fell down when trying to close window. The bathroom tap had a constant drip, but thankfully could no hear this when in bedroom! Bed very comfortable.

Had the feeling that the room had been put to use before being completely finished.

The room was very spacious with everything that we needed The Kingsize bed was lovely and the breakfast of cereals , juices ,yoghurt, fruit,toast ,tea and the cooked chicken was excellent The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble

Climbing over the bath for a shower we have a walkin shower at home and find it much easier

fine for us as we needed to be in that part of the city but some people would find it just a little way out of the city centre. very handy for other attractions in the nearby area though. eg Blackpool, a trough of Bowland etc

Location is good. The room was clear and big. There is a private parking. Good English breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Very uncomfortable bed, mattress very poor... Cold water in sink .. no pressure... No hairdryer.. Only 2 towels..very rough, no hand towels... No bin in bathroom .. No catch on bathroom door... Builders were in property, no warning seen, also wires laying about on floor.... Slight smell of " weed" upon entry to hotel... Postcode not to property .... No details seen on how to contact anyone from Hotel... Large garden ?????? Corridor light flashed on and off all night.. had to block bottom of door....kept me awake...

The room was spotless, the breakfasts were very good. There was a big telly showing football in the communal lounge. Good value for money.

The room was hot, it was cold outside so it was purely my opinion. Better hot than cold eh?
