Freundlicher Empfang, gute Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Altstadt, gutes Restaurant, reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück.

Waschbecken im Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Designerstil des Hotels ist Geschmackssache.

Precioso edificio magníficamente decorado. Ubicado en una zona tranquila con aparcamiento fácil. Camas y almohadas cómodas. Desayuno espectacular, no le faltaba un complemento. El restaurante que hay en las instalaciones está muy bien y el roof-bar tiene unos cócteles y una música que nos obligó a invertir un par de horas allí antes de acostarnos.

El baño es un tanto estrecho, pero no me resultó especialmente incómodo. El lavabo si es algo pequeño para una habitación de hotel de esta categoría. Las zonas comunes y las habitaciones tenían poca luz; para mi no es una molestia pero puede haber personas que les resulte incómodo.

We would have liked an electric tea kettle in the room for heating hot water. The lighting in our room was a little dark. We used our cell flashlights to see into our suitcases.

Beautiful facility! Weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the roof but we enjoyed the restaurant and the room. Helpful front desk staff.

The decor was great. The rooftop pool and deck are wonderful. The breakfast was very good.

The rooms are not sound proof. We could hear the people in the hallway and next door as well as the entertainment in the bar. The food and service in the bar were both poor.

The breakfast was amazing. Five-star rooms with fluffy towels, robes, and everything we needed. Brilliant customer service, the friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Located very close to the centre, 5 minutes walk. Fabulous views from the rooftop's infinity pool.

ROOM: The room was very nice, modern, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also spacious, with shower, toiletries and enough space for our stuff. BED: The bed was comfortable. BREAKFAST: The breakfast was amazing, with lots of choices of dishes, nicely decorated. Juices were nice and the coffee was good. DESIGN AND SURROUNDINGS: We loved the design of the hotel, very interesting and attractive. We parked the car right in front of the hotel for free. We enjoyed a short walk to the nice local restaurant near by (Vinho e Noz) with great food. We also enjoyed a rooftop bar for a drink before the bed. COMMUNICATION: The staff was nice and welcoming. The check in and check out process went smoothly. The wi-fi was good.

Evarything was great.

Bathtub appeared worn. The bathroom sink was much too small and difficult to use as it was only meant for one person. Smallest sink I have ever seen.

Exceptional breakfast in a lovely room, which is also the bar/lounge. Great spot to work in, have a drink or a light dinner/snack. Room was nicely designed and appointed, bed comfortable, lovely lighting, good shower.

Not sure why, but they cleaned our room's carpet on the 2nd of 5 days so the carpet was damp and the room incredibly humid for most of the rest of our stay.
