There are 3 pools and plenty of sunbeds. The beach is less than 2 minutes walk away which i loved. There are 2 supermarkets in close proximity which was great for buying any snacks/drinks for the late evening. The staff were lovely and helpful, especially the man on reception who showed me to the bus stop yesterday.

The food isn’t great - unless you’re a fish eater. There’s a lot of the same food for lunch/dinner. The machine juice/cocktails have a terrible taste - so stick to a shot + mixer. Pool bar food is great but this does close around 5”4pm. Unfortunately there is no fridge in the room, which meant the cans of beer I bought were warm in no time. The beds are comfortable but the room itself is very basic. Could do with some shower products eg small shampoo and conditioner bottles, as i have seen in many hotels previously.

Excellent and professional staff throughout the hotel... Especially F&B in main restaurant, Reception and Housekeeping People. Better than in some 5 star hotels I've been to. Uniforms of chefs and waiting staff spotless. Food variety and amounts amazing. Swimming Pools beautiful great. Location for walking distance to everywhere. Beach front location great. Comfortable and fresh double bed. Late checkout options are available and worth it. Gardens nice and relaxing. Live entertainment was a nice surprise.

Only at the bar I was informed that all-inclusive option has limits in terms of type of alcohol. I'm not a heavy drinker at all so wouldn't make a cost to the hotel, I wanted to have one whisky with ice on the terrace. I've asked for Johnny Walker and was refused as it was too expensive for all inclusive package. Was meant to pay additionally... I've taken wine instead as double paying wasn't something I wanted to do. My wife doesn't drink at all so I was quite surprised that was expected to pay extra for one drink I wanted from my all inclusive package... No iron in the room, paid service only available by request to housekeeping. Reserved loungers at swimming pool are a let down. Rooms need tiny update. A few more umbrellas needed in the swimming pool areas.

Hotel is more better then in many comments. I did not expect but got good food, clean room and area, nice personal. It is in good location if you want something more you will get at city.

The staff was very helpfull.

The rooms at night were extreamly hot and the ac wasn't working, for that reason it was very difficult to sleep and couldn't open the windows at nights because because of the mosquitos . The lights at the room are very dark, not great for making your self ready to go out.

I arrived at the property, the hotel looked like it had plenty of space, and had a rather grand entrance. My room was clean and tidy, the sheets, towels were changed on a daily basis. The range of food within the all inclusive buffet was good, with much variety to be had. The range of drinks within the all inclusive package was great too, with many locations to drink your drink, including the bar area, outdoor space, near the pool, or the restaurant. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the temperature and pressure of the shower were also good.

Despite the fact my room had all the amenities I needed and the bed was reasonably comfortable, there was a gap in the wall to the room next to me which I found very disconcerting. However no one actually stayed in that room, I put a chair against the door incase the hotel had booked someone into that room. Two days into my stay I found a cockroach in my room, although that could have happened at any hotel, as you can imagine, the cockroach didn’t last long. The quality of the food was very basic and at times very bland, the variety was good however. If you are under 65 I would recommend avoiding this hotel as the time I went there was a lot of retired couples staying there and I could have counted on one hand how many younger people I saw. I found the older clientele to be quite rude, especially when it came to the buffet at breakfast. There was some basic entertainment in the evening which I found incredibly corny and it was in Spanish too, so I could not understand it at all.

I was sick for two days so spent them in the room but the noise of drilling and work was very disrupting.

Brilliant location - meters away from the beach (book a room with a sea view and enjoy beautiful sunrises), nice well maintained rooms, polite and helpful staff, good choice of food (all inclusive is also available), pools, bars, evening entertainment. Definitely recommend!

Down sides - no safes in the rooms, no DND signs. Overall - brilliant service and facilities, great value for money.

Pool was freezing ..food was awful ..cats everywhere and all you could smell was their pee .so nothing to like Staff were clearly sick of their life Sorry but I can't say we enjoyed any of it

The hotel was clean. Some of the staff were friendly especially the lady who worked in the snack bar at the pool area

Although clean the rooms were tired and very basic. Wi-fi was basically non existent. Food in the restaurant was always cold. The restaurant always seemed chaotic. Lack of entertainment especially in the evenings so we often went off-site. Drinks offered on all-inclusive were very limited.

the staff were friendly and the pillows in the room were so comfy. also it would be good if the all inclusive drinks were self service, and if there was food available throughout the day, I was staying here as i was working in area for a few days and I came back starving but as the snack bar closed at 3:30 and dinner didn’t start until 7 I had to go out and eat at a restaurant.

this hotel only really catered for German and French. The breakfast was awful and the coffee machines were only giving out very sugary coffee for some reason.
