Os funcionários foram muitos atenciosos e bem prestativos. O café da manhã é excelente, boa variedade e alimentação muito saborosa. A localização do hotel é muito boa, perto de vários restaurantes com grande variedade de tipos de refeições.

The hotel is located in a very central area with easy access to transport to the falls, to Puerto Iguazú and to Ciudad del Este.
There is a big and clean swimming pool that is open many hours, so you can enjoy it even during warm nights. The place is great to relax and have some meal outside.
Staff were always polite and helpful.
Breakfast was complete and varied, at least for me. The mattress was super comfortable
Everything was great but if I had to mention some little details, it would be that the bathroom is a bit small and that the corridors smell like fried food from the kitchen downstairs at different times. Anyway, water is very hot and all works well in the bathroom. The hotel is a great value for money.

We ended up extending our stay for two nights as the hotel is so comfortable. The staff are so helpful and the facilities such as laundry and breakfast are fantastic for the money that you pay. This hotel is great value for money. They also have a tour desk, a gift shop and a dinner buffet attached to the side of the hotel, we would come back again!

Noisy people at breakfast salon. They should use their mobile phones with headphones and not talk so loud, but unfortunately there is no education.
My suggestion : place orientation advices in order to keep silence and pleasant ambient.
