Beautifully styled, smells incredible, beds were super comfortable and the Clarins products and toiletteries were a great touch.

Overlooks apartments. Beach is a short walk, this hotel is not ‘on the beach’ as you would think from looking at the photos. The service was not great, the staff struggled with some English and ‘friendliness’ (car valet were really nice) there was no FAQ’s anywhere. The beach was closed on the first night, no one told us, when we did go to the beach, we were moved because we didn’t reserve beds (no one told us we had to do this at the hotel or on entrance to the beach) they then charged 40 per sunbed - no one told us they were chargeable and we didn’t even consider it given we were hotel guests (and only there 1.5 hours) We booked this because it was ‘on the beach’ - for the lack of available information and service and cost, it’s not worth it - the beach is what really disappointed us and felt very unfair.

Cappuccino at Breakfast are not good and has nothing to do with cappuccino. Service and upselling in the Beachclub can be much better.

The hotel’s location can't be faulted, and the staff are friendly and willing to assist with excellent, great facilities in the room service again was excellent; however

soundproofing between rooms is a huge issue, especially between bathrooms; you can hear entire bathroom conversations from the next room, which is an issue if the hotel has full occupancy in the summer. The doors are noisy, which is annoying, slamming every 2 minutes. The worst part was the rubbish collection at 7 am and the chatter of workers outside the hotel, and this happened every morning for about 40 minutes in loud voices. Double glazing or a word with them conversing very loudly needs to stop ✋.

the staff is very kind , lovely and helpful , the room was gorgeous all bath items was there, I highly recommend, even the door man was gorgeous

The location is very good. It is a short walk from the beach and main shopping and restaurant areas. The gym is clean too.

The beach club was very disappointing. Firstly, entrance to this isn’t included in your accommodation despite the inference from the photos. The wifi was “broken” at the beach club, for two weeks apparently, and staff were not attentive. The pool area at the hotel is beyond average. It is in a corner of the building which was in the shade the entire stay. The photos of the pool must be at peak summer time. The breakfast service was average. One morning I arrived at 9.30am and breakfast closes at 10am but, at 9.30am, all the hot breakfast was empty and me and other guests were waiting for more and staff did not bother. The mini-bar fridge was warm my entire stay. I asked the staff and they attended to it, confirmed it was warm, and then did nothing about it! Walking around all day in 30 degree heat, you could not come back to your room for a cold water. You would think a basic in any hotel is a small fridge, not at Hotel Croisette! The gym opens at 8am which is too late for guests who wish to gym in the early morning before the day begins.
