Hervorragendes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis, sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber funktional. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Uitstekend ontbijt, goede ligging t.o.v. OV en een zeer voordelig verblijf. Zeer geschikt voor ons doel: de kerstmarkten bezoeken.

Frühstück sehr gut mit allem drum und dran was man morgens braucht. Die Zimmer sind gut, etwas altes Design dafür sehr sauber und Lage einfach super in der Nähe der Messe

No iron, no coffee maker, no small fridge, no microwave, no washcloth, no air conditionned. Hair dryer available only at the reception. If you ever go, ask for a room not facing the railway (lots of noise) @ 485 CAD per night with only two 36 inches bed in a very tiny room (no place to work) and awful pillow and bed sheet.

Breakfast ok, bed good. Room clean. Proximity to the Fairground and train station is the main advantage.

Rooms heavily overpriced during the fairs. TV set was not in function. Poor sound insulation.

When we arrived it doesn't seemed that the room was cleaned. The sheets wasn't laid probably. There were towels on the floor, like they were used.

Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Free parking on site provided at no extra charge. The hotel is clean and value for money for a stop over during a road trip

Very warm rooms and windows do not open. Noise coming from a depot nearby does not allow a great sleep. No drinking water provided in the room and the hotel sells a bottle for 6.50 Euros (a robbery). No hair-dryer in the bathroom

Pros: Service was great. Very friendly and helpfull staff Cleaning without any remarks Location is superb if going to the expo area. Price is ok.

Cons: Noise from the trains, only a few meters away from the Hotel. You can shut the windows but there is no AC or even ventilation in the rooms. So you may pick your poison. Noise or lack of oxygen. Paper thin walls between bedroom and bathroom

Things I liked: Staff (for the most part were very helpful), Breakfast (exceptional but sometimes a bit busy at times but food was great) Room was ok but Lift and accesses could be a little better. It can be quite tight in the hallways.

That the refund on the last night where I was told I couldn't stay took so long to sort out and that I also needed to have this queried by the manager was a bit disappointing. The fact he booked another room in another hotel without even asking and just stating "Well it's that way and there's no other way" was quite obnoxious. It was all sorted in the end but it did leave a bitter taste. Other than that it was fine (i.e. the stay). The wifi could have been better overall. I do appreciate it was free and a lot of people were probably using it but for business it's not great. At least a pay option for businesses would be a great idea. Especially considering how expensive the rooms were. Talking around £200 a night which I get would happen during an exhibition period but still, it's quite expensive.
