La ubicación es muy buena, está a un costado del Century Mall donde puedes encontrar de todo, incluso una estación del metro de la ciudad. El moverse en DiDi es super conveniente desde esta ubicación.

Breakfast is good, Room is nice with a view. Excellent location. Century park station is walking distance Via Century link shopping mall( 350m). If you using subway like us this is one of the best location. Staff is friendly.

Employees there are very kind, professional, friendly and helpful. We had an package delivery in the evening and the service guys who help on luggage carrying help keep our package very carefully!

Good spread for breakfast and vegetarian items were labelled. The room is large and has all the amenities. The location is also very good, near banks for exchange of currency, public transport withing a short walking distance, eating and shopping options across the road.
some of the facilities are a little old although functional. The meals in the Hotel restaurant should have more vegetarian options.

the room was very cold even with air conditioning turned on for maximum heat - it wasn’t working properly
another thing that I paid with US credit card and exchange rate at the hotel was 6.56 or sth when the actual should be 6.78

The location of the hotel is in proximity to restaurants, museums and most tourist locations. About 30 minutes ride to Disneyland and close to the Metro station. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Dolly was excellent and we were pleased with her professionalism.
On the very day of our checkout, the hotel was locked down for contact tracing. This situation was extremely frustrating since we missed our flight and had to get new tickets after the lockdown. We also had to continue paying for the hotel bills even though we were on our way to checkout when we realized that the entrance of the hotel was barricaded.Generally, we enjoyed our stay at the property but for the unexpected lockdown.

Convenient short walk to the Metro, and good restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.
