Good Facilies

When I have a check-in at the front desk, the employee made a mistake that she missed including my breakfast at my last day. I asked her where the restaurant is. but she said I don't make it. She checked it again she found her mistake but she didn't say any apology. she did not look at me. It was embarrassing for me. I never have these experiences before. And their english are very low, it was hard to communicate during check-in and room change. Bed smoking smell in the room. First room was terrible because of smoking smell. I changed the other room. It still have smoke smell but it was relatively worse than before. temperature cannot be controlled. Controller works but I set to higher temp. temperature was still 21C in the morning.

Having booked b and b, the Breakfast was a problem for me due to not knowing the contents of the food as it was a foreign country and I can’t speak Chinese. Hotel were happy to remove breakfast from cost when I explained I couldn’t eat certain foods

Frühstück war vielfältig.

Um ins Gym oder zum Pool zu kommen, muss man durch die komplette Lobby gehen.

Room is big and nice. Hotel facilities were very high quality.

The room I originally got had a weird smell and I had to get it switched. One of the furniture in that room was also broken. I do not think the room was ready to accommodate but was used anyways. Not up to 5 star standard. Room switch was fine tho!

High end, great staff, great food ! The staff on the reception was very friendly, he helped my set up my phone and my laptop when I was having technical issues, the place was gorgeous and on spot !
