We were very happy with this property, especially it being our first time with VRBO. Communication before and during our stay was quick and attentive. The property was magnificent in an ideal location in Miraflores with walking proximity to many sites. The view of the ocean was spectacular. Each person has privacy. Each room had heat for our winter visit. Laundry was very helpful to do for our family. Bonus was the Señora who cooked for us. Highly recommend and hope to return in future.

Best view of Miraflores. Excellent location with nearby restaurants, grocery stores and tourist attractions. Everything was within walking distance. Waking up to the view of paragliders and the sound of the ocean was a great way to drink your morning coffee. The property even came with a private parking spot. Check in was simple and many smiling faces to give you a hand if needed be. Knowing a little Spanish helped. Highly recommend this property with a grand view.

The location is exactly where you want to be. Close to everything. The view is better than an pictures can show. The internet was very fast and reliable throughout the apartment. Communication with owner was fast and consistent. Showers were hot which is not something you find in this region. Special recognition to the refi that has a water reservoir to make ice and cold water. GREAT product!

We had a great stay and the view was exceptional. A few more fans would have been very nice as it was very warm expecially in the back bedroom’s.

Doorman and security are so friendly and helpful. Brush up on basic Spanish if you don’t speak the language.
The condo is very spacious! You’ll have plenty of room to spread out and relax.
The dual balcony and floor to ceiling views of the Pacific are amazing.

This place was amazing, easily the best VRBO property we have ever stayed. Super clean, beds were perfect. The building was super safe, with attentive and helpful doorman. Kitchen and laundry room well equipped and all items worked. Host provided drinking water in the kitchen and the bathroom. Off-street parking was available. Walking distance for all shopping and groceries stores. We cannot say enough great things about our experience. There was a local host available if needed.I hope it will be available on our next trip to Miraflores.

Each room had its own bathroom, very nice.... quality tiles countertops etc, a lot to see from the balcony, para glider takeoff pad where the flyers would fly in front of the balcony, and the surfers were well represented in Oct., a lot to see and check out, very nice stay.

The apartment was spotless and very spacious. We were located across from a beautiful park that seemed to have no end. It was within walking distance to grocery stores and some great restaurants. Great communication with Bill prior to our stay. We will definitely return in the future. Gary

Spacious Luxury apartment
The owners did a great job communicating before our arrival and had someone locally available had we needed them. The keys were waiting for us upon arrival and we had already been issued an entire booklet explaining features of the apartment. The doormen were very helpful in explaining the location of the nearby grocery store as well as other places. There was a park across the street and great views from both balconies. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and there was more than enough space for my family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a few basic spices like salt. There was a washer and dryer on the property and plenty of hot water for comfortable showers. We were provided with bottled drinking water upon arrival. This was truly a luxury apartment in a tranquil and beautiful part of town. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay in Miraflores
Very lovely apartment with 2 large balconies that have amazing views. Very nice master bathroom. Great location, walkable to shopping, grocery store, restaurants. Uber/taxi easy to arrange. Bill was very nice and easy to contact.

My family and I had the best stay in Lima! The view was amazing and the location was great! Anytime I had a request or question , I was answered within minutes! I requested a crib for my now 7 month old and got it set up in the master bedroom for me. We didn’t use it because it was not secure but the gesture was great! I would 100% stay here again in the future!

My family and I had the best stay in Lima! The view was amazing and the location was great! Anytime I had a request or question , I was answered within minutes!

Amazing week in Miraflores!
We had a wonderful time at Bills apartment in Miraflores. It has more than enough space for our family and was very clean and well taken care of. The view was magnificent at sunset! It was centrally located for walking to the supermarket, outside activities and restaurants. The host was quick to reply and easy to work with our crazy schedule we had. We can’t wait to come back and visit for longer.

Great place for a visit w/ our moms and new grandkid
We thoroughly enjoyed William’s property. It’s spacious and in an excellent location (Wong’s supermarket is within walking distance and has anything you’d need). It’s across from “lovers park” and the launch/landing site for the area paragliders so there’s endless entertainment from the fantastic balcony that overlooks the parks and beach. Sunsets are gorgeous! William was extremely responsive and did everything to help us feel comfortable, including locating a crib for us. We appreciated the washer and 2 dryers and each bedroom having their own bathroom. Having a doorman was extremely helpful/secure for our late arrivals and early departures. We felt very safe. Everyone was professional and very nice. Taxi and UBER were able to easily find it. Our daughter is a local and she suggested that “Green” Taxi should be the only taxi company we deal from/to the airport. Thanks to William to make it a fantastic visit w/ our mothers. We’ll be back!

Great location in Miraflores!!
We have been to Lima 9 times now as I run a business there. We have always stayed in hotels and became tired of that experience. We can’t say enough about Bill’s place. It is huge, very nice with great are and furniture so great to hang around in. The doormen are very nice and security seems good. The cherry on top is the amazing view and easy access to the waterfront. We will stay again!!

Huge place with great views
The pics of the view tell the story. It was wonderful to sleep hearing the ocean. Huge space that makes this a great value for a family stay. Very prompt responses from host. Would stay again.
