The location is wonderful. The view from the room is fun.

I stayed in the hotel Boutique for 4 nights. There wasn't any breakfast and no one warned me about it. Of course there are some restaurants around, but I prefer to have my breakfast before I go for a walk, I would have chosen a different place to stay if I new there was no breakfast. The room doesn't have much space to place your things. In the hallway there is a single shelf with a mirror on the wall. I entered the room and could not immediately find where to turn on the lights (the switch was well hidden behind the pillow on the bed). So I put my things on the shelf at the entrance of the room and they fell. My new iPhone crashed. And so did my glasses. The shelf turned out to be crooked. When I told the hotel owner about it, she told me that next time I should be careful with my things. I advised her to put a sign next to the shelf that nothing should be placed on it. That was absolutely scandalous. In the end, this lady allowed us to take one drink from the minibar for free. What a relief!

Great location right in the centre of the village. Village has lovely, friendly atmosphere. Lots of places to eat close by. Good public transport links. Taxis were reasonably priced IMO!

Our room was room 8 which overlooked the courtyard The only grunt we have is the water to shower on Thursday night wasn’t very warm and as we were leaving at 7.30 this morning for our flight the water was cold and we were unable to shower

We first visited this hotel a few years ago and loved its unique style and quirky decor. This is our first trip since Suzanne has taken over the hotel. We are delighted to see that much remains as it was - with Suzanne having added her own personal touch. This is a lovely hotel in a lovely town (with very good restaurants!) and centrally located. We choose one of the rooms with a balcony facing the square and spent balmy evenings watching the world go by. The rooms are comfortable and cool. We also made lots of use of the communal lounge for reading - there is a book swap library - and more people watching! Suzanne is a delightful and friendly host and she has a good team working with her. We can’t wait to come back! 😊

We preferred a balcony / terrace which our initial room didn’t really have, however Susana the host change our room within a couple of days which was excellent

Trying to drop off luggage at the front of the hotel is impossible due to the one way traffic system outside the hotel.

Fantastic little Spanish hotel - comfortable, relaxed, homely with a very helpful and friendly host (Susanne). Location was perfect for us as very central to Pueblo. We will definitely return.

Susanne, Claudia and Natalia are wonderful hosts, made us feel very welcome, friendly and helpful from even before our arrival. A lovely hotel, home from home, peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed to recharge our batteries. Lovely location in Benalmadena Pueblo. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, the room was spotless, stylish with a amazing view from our room terrace onto the square with a nice water feature in the middle of it. The area around the hotel is beautiful and kept clean at all times. The host is lovely and very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. Definitely recommended to anyone thinking of stopping in the village. Thank you for a pleasant stay

This little spot is just fantastic. All the previous reviews are spot on, just to add. Suzanne is on call during your stay which is like a 24hr reception, with a smile. The hotel as all the essential attributes, but nests right in the vicinity of thee best breakfast ,dinner, and nightcap choices. Our Favourite for sure.

Everything was perfect, it is spotless, stylish with amazing views onto a pretty tree lined square, the area is beautiful. it was a memorable New Years trip. The host is lovely and very welcoming. we would highly recommend staying here.

A converted chalet in Benalmadena village centre. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Everything was spotless in the room and bathroom. We found some excellent restaurants nearby.

Nothing to complain about. Reception is only manned until 10pm and there was no breakfast available in the hotel though there were cafes nearby. Our room TV remote did not work, even after I replaced the batteries, so we worked out how to change the channels using hidden buttons on the side of the screen.

Location was ideal. Suitable for people with walking needs as it was on the flat.

Balcony a bit too small. Didn't like looking onto the main road.
