Very kind staff and the hotel is very very clean.
The lady who cleans and takes care of the room, very friendly, daily change of towels, sheets, room cleaning, etc.
The location is not in the center, but it is next to the ring road and it is separated by 3.5 km of straight road to the center of Barcelona, which is very accessible and fast. We rented a motorbike and it was the best decision for Barcelona, access to everything, which didn't even bother the fact that the hotel is not in the middle of the center. Commendable, please keep this clean. It's nice for her to come to a tidy hotel. I know we'll see each other again. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Friendly and efficient check-in, very clear rooms and facilities in general, free water placed in mini-fridge to cool down after a hot day. Small touches :-)

La atención del personal excelente. Yo llegue a las 1 de la madrugada y estaban con muy buena disposición. Las habitacion era muy espaciosa, bonita y limpia. Fue un agrado dormir allí. No habían ruidos y tienen blackout.
El desayuno no estaba mal, pero tenia más expectativas. Era un buffet básico. La ubicación, a mi parecer, es lejana, sin embargo, tiene los medios de transporte al lado. También se agradecería televisores más nuevos, smartv.

Pipere holmiból nem volt kint semmi, csak a kézmosó/ tusfürdő. Illetve a hangszigetelés nem volt teljesen rendben, nagyon áthallatszottak a szomszéd szobák olyan zajai, amit nem szerettünk volna hallani…:D

Alambi restaurant was disappointing,apart from the fact they dont open fridays and Saturdays which is a strange set up.the food was very salty and that applied to every single dish and we all agreed on that .

Orderly available and helpful staff at odd hours. We tool a ballon trip the morning after checkin at around 5:00, and the reception helped with parking. Facilities are clean and feel modern!
The suite should have enough room for family with two kids. But they offer it as 2+1 suite with no possibility of choosing different beds. The staff arranged a suite and a double room next to each other, which is very nice still with some minor incovnenience.

We liked the large rooms, comfortable beds, nice and very spacious baths.
We lived on the 6th floor and the Wi-Fi connection was very, very poor. Sometimes there was no connection at all. That was very disturbing! They must find some technical solutions to improve it. In the lobby near the reception the Wi-Fi was ok.

Property is Far from Town and party . They have wrongly mention 20 mins by public transport. It takes minimum 50 mins to reach by bus. No metro station nearby to connect . I shifted next day.

All in all, everything was great. The location isn't great if you want to visit the city centre, but we were looking for something closer to the airport. The breakfast is good and tasty. As we had to leave at 8 a.m. already, we went to breakfast at 7 sharp. It was a little bit crowded but after 10 minutes it was fine.
I didn't like that I have to pay to weigh my baggage. For the hotel of such price level, I'd expect this to be free.

Initially I got room 321 (try to avoid it!!!) Room was smelling ugly but I have not recognised anything.
Then later when I went to shower there was water dropping from the ceiling and area was really black - means old damage. This kind of the room

Superb supersized bed. Slept very well. Quiet room. Very clean room and lobby. Very nice shower and bathroom. Nicely decorated hallway. Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary water was a nice touch. Massive screen in the lobby to watch football. Great location. Would definitely stay here again for the same price.

Very cosy, good size rooms, has a gym and sauna. Nice restaurant and bar in the lobby. There was live piano music in the bar almost every evening during my stay.

Dinner, although a little pricey, had good standards.
Perhaps they could change a little bit the way curtains work, as they would not fully close, allowing sunlight to enter the room before the desired time.

The breakfast was good and on request you could have anything made. The food was also brought up to our room! It was a special occasion so that was lovely. Thank you! : ) The only down side was there were no beans.
The sauna was not working but the steam room was fantastic and we had it all to ourselves! The gym was also well equipped and we brought our speaker to play our own music so was really pumped up!
