De locatie, prima kamer met drie bedden (we waren met 2 personen), ruim balkon met zeezicht, vriendelijk en professioneel personeel en het heerlijke eten: ontbijt en diner buffet met veel variatie. Eén keer een soepstengel die niet super vers was. Maar verder was alles gewoon prima! Wij komen al meer dan 20 jaar in Salou en hebben dus de nodige ervaring. Ik las in een review iets over ranzig eten. Wij hebben hele andere ervaringen. We komen in dit hotel nu voor het tweede jaar op basis van half pension en hebben genoten van steeds weer nieuwe gerechten, rauwkost, toetjes waar je uit kunt kiezen etc. Elke dag weer een genot. Ook het adequate optreden van de medewerker receptie en de huishouding cq technische dienst bij een klein probleem bewijst dat het hotel er alles aan doet om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. We hopen volgend jaar weer te komen.

Ik kan niets bedenken.

Good location to beach and main strip

Staff, people, parking was difficult, not much space to sit by the front pool. An absolute mistake staying here. Stayed only for one night and couldn't wait to leave

Salle restauration avec table de cuisson, bonjour les odeurs. Heureusement il y a une seconde salle. Chambre à proximité toit de bronzage , récupération vêtements des voisins sans cesse. 4h du matin, camions poubelles. Bref, aurais préférer être étage supérieur.

Breakfast was really bad, almost didn’t want to have it at all, which was a shame because the hotel itself is good. Fix your breakfast!

The junior suites were really spacious, big, comfy beds. The staff were very helpful, the buffet restaurant had loads of choice.

The cocktails and smoothies at the bar weren't the best - made with cheap ingredients.

It was an amazing time and amazing resort, exceptional customer service, thank to Staff members as Laura, Myledi and Inga in a bar. Thank you very much for unforgettable holidays and beautiful memories. My son, Xavier, mentioned that he would like to work there in a few years time, when adult. Highly recommend and definitely will come back in a future!!!
