Ubicación, habitación, desayuno, personal.
Limpieza escaleras. Limpieza barandilla de los balcones. Puerta del baño. Lector de tarjetas entrada del hotel.

The location is just perfect, right in the middle of the center with easy access to everything. The staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms were clean.
The only thing that is very noticeable is that the sound isolation of the rooms are bad. People walking in the hallways can easily hear people in the rooms and vice versa.

This lovely hotel is a hidden gem in the historic center of Malaga. Absolutely perfect location, lovely room not huge but with cathedral view and all you could want inside. Super clean and with the most comfy beds.
The staff are the friendliest and most helpful I have experienced in a long time, they deserve more than 5 stars!
Breakfast was amazing with a great choice and always kept stocked up until 11:30. Super!!
I cant wait to come back and stay here.
Only wish I could have stayed longer......but I will definately be back :)

Location. Friendly staff
The family room is not suitable for toddlers, despite supplying their ages. Bathroom door is a swing door and doesn’t lock. The bunks are way too high to use for toddlers and with metal pins sticking out on the inside (to fold the beds away) which they could have badly scratched themselves on. The bottom bunk had a light fitting sticking out of the wall near the pillow, also a hazard. Lots of weird box panels at floor level throughout the room which the toddlers could use to step up. Nothing was out of their reach. No shelves in the bathroom to put toiletries etc. more hassle as needed to keep them out of little hands. Shower in first room flooded the bathroom due to blocked drain. Both toddlers slipped and hurt themselves….couldn’t keep them out of the bathroom as door didn’t lock. Second room, the sink plug got stuck, had to empty with a glass. The shower head had to be hand held when in use as the wall fitting was broken, hard when also trying to keep a toddler stood upright in the shower. Bedside wall lights in both rooms scarily loose, possibly due to the box step underneath which enabled the toddlers to step up to investigate them. No remote for aircon. Decor and maintenance badly need attention. Burger bar next door, smell
lingers in the hotel lobby.

Location is just magnificent
Room, price

Great location right in the city centre and old town depending on which way you set out. Be expected for a least a short walk though as there is little access by car (taxi)
Breakfast had a great choice of hot and cold.
We had a cheaper room which was ok for one night but wouldn't have been great staying a week.
Bikes were free to rent.
No view at all - I think a lot of the internal rooms will be like that.
No bar - And I mean nothing.

Locatie is TOP en ontbijt ook super!
In mijn ervaring vond ik de kamers niet helemaal overeenkomen met de lichte foto's bij de boeking ook de badkamer was in onze kamer niet helemaal fijn.
4.3
Very stylish and clean. Great family room-spacious. Friendly staff.Lots of choice for breakfast.Fantastic location-very central and only 10minute walk to beach.
4.3
Excellent location (especially for Feria de Málaga). Friendly staff. Breakfast selection was wide and plentiful.
Tricky to reach by car - prepare to carry/roll your luggage from a public car park to the hotel. A bit expensive for what you get but we did book during the town fair.

Nice hotel, clean ,quiet with excellent
location.

We liked the central location, the room including amazing AC, the architecture of the windows / shutters / balcony. Could not believe how quiet it was considering the alleys / streets were buzzing with noise / activity but when windows shut nothing!! The staff were fantastic, organised taxi transfer to airport very early am, a picnic breakfast to take with us and allowed us to store our luggage prior to check-in Would highly recommend and will definitely return!

central location. Contact via Whatapp
The entrance lobby was very shabby, nothing welcoming at all; the cube seating and bikes changed to the walls gave the impression of a youth hostel.
For the name Petit Palace and 222€ per night it was unexpectedly very disappointing.
We had rooms on 3rd and 4th floors and both smelt strongly of badly dried carpets or urine smell.
Bathrooms were in need of renovation; door was very creaky and shower door didn’t close so water went everywhere.
4.3
location and room with view of cathedral
it felt like a student hostal not a 4 star hotel. the room was small and very cheaply furnished.

Breakfast very good great choiceno

very well equipped and in an excellent location
4.3
location, bunk bed for the kids, enough space, friendly and very helpful staff.
bathtub with bubble function went on multiple times and randomly after taking a shower. We didn’t use the bubble function or even let in a bath. It seems the tubes we’re not cleaned thoroughly as bad smell and dirt came out.
bath door and glass door on the tub were quite loose.

Fantastic family room - spacious and clean. The hotel was in a perfect location for us, as we could walk easily around the old town and it wasn't too far to the beach/port. There was a great selection at breakfast and all the staff were really helpful and friendly.
We liked everything!
4.3
I had an OK experience. The hotel is located in a great area, very central.
The breakfast was very good, with a variety of options available. However, I did notice that the quality of the breakfast was inconsistent. One day it was exceptional, but the next day it was mediocre.
The cleanliness of the hotel was also noteworthy. The cleaning staff seemed to be thorough and kept the rooms and common areas spotless.
Although Petit Palace Plaza Malaga has a good location, there were a few aspects of my stay that were disappointing. Firstly, the breakfast quality was inconsistent. While there were a variety of options available, the quality varied greatly from day to day.
The second day of our stay the breakfast was underwhelming.
Additionally, the room was very small and the soundproofing was inadequate. We could hear noise from other guests in neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Some guests were also inconsiderate and noisy, which made the problem even worse.
In my opinion, while the hotel's central location is a plus point, it is not enough to justify a four-star rating.
In reality, I feel that the hotel is more of a three-star establishment and doesn't offer value for the money spent.

All good
4.3
while it is not branded as a luxury hotel, the staff were sharp and helpful; the facilities were comfortable, refreshed and clean.
it’s difficult to find. that’s mostly the result that Malaga’s grid is impossible to understand, but the hotel could make itself better known in the community
4.3
Excellent location. Very comfortable and quiet room. Very good breakfast buffet, well stocked and well maintained.
Despite a guest WiFi icon being displayed on my iPhone/iPad, access to the Internet is a real problem if not non-existent. Nevertheless, helpful Receptionists eventually provided Internet access via a staff-only network. It's a pity, when everything else is so good, the hotel is let down buy a guest WiFi sytem that is not fit for purpose.
