Kamer was prima maar kon wel een verfbeurtje hebben, douche weinig waterdruk, steeds temperatuurverschillen in water van douche. Slecht verlicht op kamer

Ontbijt slecht geregeld met hoeveelheid mensen. Kan beter in shifts laten eten. Nu geen plek om te zitten, was veel op en werd geadviseerd met een uur terug te komen

We waren hier voor Groots met een zachte G en het hotel lag op 5 minuten lopen van het Phillips Stadion. Dat was perfect. De kamer was ruim en het bed was heerlijk!

Jammer dat de douche niet werkte. Er was te weinig waterdruk. Dit was een klein smetje.

Dichtbij het centrum en stadion

Kamer was netjes maar er waren bv geen stopcontacten bij het bed en ook geen lichtschakelaars. Geen mini koelkast aanwezig. Drankautomaat beneden was kapot, geen mogelijkheid om elders een flesje drinken te kopen. Op de vraag of de drankautomaat bij het hotel hoorde was het antwoord ja, waarop wij vroegen kunt u dan niet gewoon 2 flesjes eruit halen zodat we het kunnen afrekenen bij de receptie of zo. Antwoord nee we kunnen ze niet scannen😬

Locatie is top. Kamers lekker groot. En het bed fantastisch.

Enige minpuntje is dat ze geen airco hebben.

De kamer was extreem smerig, de ventilatie werkte niet goed en die roosters waren zo smerig dat er geel/grijs spul uit leek te druppen

Posizione centrale, a soli 10 minuti dalla stazione. Stanza super spaziosa, confortevole e pulita. Letti comodissimi e bagno con doccia e vasca molto grande. C'è anche un divano!

Struttura un po' datata.

Douche vol met schimmel (nieuwe kamer gekregen maar hier zat ook een beetje schimmel in de douche), vlekken op de badjassen, sportschool klein en helft van de apparatuur stond uit, wellness heel klein

Nice lobby and restaurant, nice food and drinks

Parking is not included, the rooms in the Philips Lichtplein building were not as nice as advertised, the sink drain was clogged, the bathroom fan was broken, some floor tiles were loose, many degradation marks in the rooms and corridors. Generally, the room had a bad vibe. Also, there was a small fridge that was not cooling at all, but that didn't mattere anyway, because there was nothing in there. Other normal items you would find in a 4 star hotel were missing as well: no soap (just shower gel), no slippers, no bottled water.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und man hat sehr viel Platz, auch das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war auch gut.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 9 Stock. Hier muss man in den dritten Stock fahren um dann in einen anderen Aufzug zum 9. Stock zu kommen. Und man steigt nicht einfach um, sondern muss gefühlt einen halben Kilometer mit seinem Gepäck laufen. Das war sehr ärgerlich. In der Toilette war kein Handtuch am waschbecken verfügbar. Es gab kein Kühlschrank und es gab zwar eine Kaffee Station, aber ohne Besteck. Im Bad gab es keine Ablage um seine Utensilien abzulegen. Das Zimmer war sehr warm und die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Für den Preis stimmt das Preis leistungs Verhältnis leider nicht.

Personeel doet echt hun best om je verblijf aangenaam te maken.

De kamer, de inrichting waarbij gebruik gemaakt van oud en nieuw, de lampenfabriek aandenken komen tot uiting in de gang bijvoorbeeld.

Location was great. 4-5mins walk from the station and right in the center of the city. The bedding was very comfortable to sleep on. Really loved the feel of the pillows.

Needs a bit of refurbishing in the rooms. Had a room that the wallpapers were coming off. And changed to another but the carpets were worn out (discoloured). I would also advise using ceramic dishes instead of paper. And incense in the bathroom to prevent musty smell.

Super ontbijt veel keuze, locatie was perfect en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Hotel was in a perfect location for what we wanted. Near to town and small walk to Klokegbouw. Was nice decor, clean and worthy of the price we paid.

Room was very cold but reception brought up some small heaters so that fixed it after a while.

Big, gothic rooms, massive baths, great breakfast, good location

The service from reception was poor: I asked for an iron and after phoning 3 times to check where it was, it still didn't arrive so I had to go to work without ironing my shirt.

Excellent location close to train station and city centre

Some work going on at the back of the hotel. Was a bit noisy one morning.

De Kamer en de Bar beneden was n top weekend

The staff were friendly and gave great service.

The room had broken furniture and a dirty, dusty chair- it is in need of a redecoration. The bathroom however was great- the shower was amazing!

Breakfast was excellent with great variety and quality. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I would have liked milk in the room with the tea/coffee on offer.
