Ottimo staff, gentili, ci hanno tenuto i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check out, pulizia ottima, Dispenser di acqua gratuito all’ingresso. Lo consiglio se si opta per una camera con finestra o luce naturale.
La nostra stanza era senza nemmeno una piccola fessura per avere luce (cosa indicata nella prenotazione ma da noi sottovalutata), molto molto piccola ma ben pulita il primo giorno , il secondo giorno la camera è stata pulita ma non è Stato pulito il pavimento(Ci abbiamo trovato le briciole che erano cadute a terra la mattina), però ci sono state fornite capsule Per il caffè in più. Se optate per la camera senza luce naturale come avevamo fatto noi non lo consiglio perché sembra di stare in una cella, Siccome il soffitto è grezzo per una scelta di design si ha una bruttissima sensazione a restare in quella camera, Quindi se optate per la camera senza luce naturale vi consiglio allo stesso prezzo di prenderla altrove.

De airconditioning deed het fantastisch met de hitte. Zacht bed. En heel erg vriendelijk personeel.
Schone kamer.
Het casual ontbijt is niet het geld waard.
De waterdruk in de douche was ook niet bepaald goed. Snachts is het aan de straatkant gehorig in het weekend door de mensen die terugkomen van het uitgaan.

There was a bit of noise from the street at night (Fri- Sat night), but I guess this is normal when you are right in the center and close to the bar street

Very quiet room. Casual but solid, safe and mini fridge, decent table to do some office work on a laptop. Windows face a walking-only shopping street that is deserted at night. Modern building made of thick concrete. Pay attention to take keycard when leaving at night, because reception may not be manned at that time. Pleasant staff. Q park exit/entrance faces the hotel. Restaurants and terraces just a few hundred meters away.

The hotel is very well located, in the heart of the center,in an area full of bars, restaurants and shops.
The room was very cold. Although I announced my late arrival (at around 23:00) and the reception left a key in a safe box, nobody bothered to also switch on the heating. The heating being from an A/C-like system, rather than a heater, took ages to make a difference in temperature in the room.
The walls were very dirty in several places, the ceiling had some uncovered holes, right above the bed, and the dust on the lamp in the bathroom must have been a couple of years old.
The TV was far too small for the the distance from the bed.
Total lack of attention to detail: bathroom tap installed crooked.

Had organised to have a little extra suprise in the room as it was for our early annivery trip and the staff were so accommodating and warm to us, they kindly upgraded our room as a suprise and we're so warm on arrival big smiles and loads of chats and laughs. Was such a gorgeous hotel will definitely be staying again it was fab, the room was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfy didn't want to leave to be honest haha. Thank you again to all the staff for making our trip so fantastic :)
