Pools and rooms were fine when arrived, the last few days no one came to clean room or gave fresh towels even though we had the note on door

The food was very poor there was a group of 5 of us staying in which none of could eat down stairs nor many options and the options that are there isn’t what you want to eat never mind on holiday, had to keep eating out , the bar at the pool sometimes only has one person on at a time serving thousands of people and waited on a hot dog for 40 minutes , spent half our time waiting about , other than that was okay room was clean on arrival

Tisztaság nagyon nem jó, elhasznált fürdőszoba, öreg ágyak, szenvedő klíma, túl sok szabály a hotelben: 10.00-18.00 ig van nyitva a medence, nem lehet reggeli előtt úszni, kevés napozóágy vadászni kell, konditerem, amit vicces annak nevezni szintén 10.00-18.00 és nincs benne az árban, fizetős személyenként!!!

I love this complex it's perfect location for everything, whether it be pubs,restaurants, or heading to the beach! The staff are so friendly from being greeted at the front desk on check-in to the pool staff helping me get an umbrella to have some shade I couldn't fault it

There is nothing I could fault this hotel but maybe another mirror in the room wouldn't go a miss, speaking from 2 ladies sharing a room

Great value for money. Air conditioned rooms were top-class. Location was absolutely perfect. the rooms are of a good size & have everything you need!

There were renovations or something similar being carried out during our stay, this lead to a lot of noise in our room.

Good location, within walking distance to want we were looking for.breakfast very good.

The location was good and the pool was lovely and warm

We had an issue when we were checked out of the hotel we noticed we had forgotten a GHD steam pod (value €260) and when we got incontact with a friend staying close to the columbus we asked them to contact the hotel as we couldn't get through on the phone to go and receive the steam pod they informed us that the room hadn't been cleaned yet so they didn't know if it was their or not so when are friend went down to the hotel they sent a cleaner up and check the room they informed us that it was not their but it was infact left in the room as we had just used it that morning before we checked out. We were very disappointed with the way we were treated and informed that the room hadn't been clean so the steam pod should have still been their because we left it cooling on the cooker. We will not be staying here again which we were disappointed with as this was are third time staying in the hotel and never had an issue before and we would have highly recommended the hotel to family and friends. To think your property is not safe were you have paid to stay for a family holiday is unexceptible. I'm not excepting the loss of my property through the lack of management in your organisation. the location and facilities were brilliant. good was great for all 3 meals and drink selection was great too - multiple pools to choose from and lots of sunbed so there was no mad morning rush. 5 minute walk from the beach and the strip. animation team were brill and very interactive

The hotel itself is ok and clean

The rooms weren’t cleaned, too many groups of young people you would think it’s an 18/30 hotel, running around hotel 4/5am screaming and banging doors, setting off fire alarm and food wasn’t the best choices, the food that was there was fresh but not suitable for kids, they do chicken nuggets for breakfast but not lunch or dinner
