Room is too small

The grounds of the property is excellent. The rooms are comfortable but outdated.

The bathroom is outdated.

We had a great 2 night stay here on our way to the islands. The staff are incredible. The hotel facilitates are excellent. The rooms in the ocean wing seem a little dated, and could use some modernisation, that said they have been very well maintained and we’re very clean. We will return here in a couple of weeks.

The child in us wanted to use the water slide, but the sign said it was for kids only. 🙁

Rj is one of the waiter in the buffet. He exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond on his service, he was very polite and always smiling, very friendly person, it made our stay more enjoyable because of him. But everybody else was very professional and very helpful. I will definitely go back with the family. Thank you

One thing that I didn’t like, is there is nothing outside the hotel. Like little market and shop. But that could just be me.

The staff are friendly and there is lots of different activities.

Cleanliness is not good. The room has stains on the walls, towels are old and there is lots of dust and dirt in the spotlights in the room. I complained about this and they said they unfortunately often receive feedback on the lack of cleanliness. They didn’t serve service water at the restaurants.

the place itself is a City! 4days 3nights trip - we didnt get out of the hotel at all as there are just so much things that can be done at the hotel itself. from the beach, to the pool, to the exclusive lounge to the entertainment area —— you just have it all inside the hotel. also, pls avail the dinner buffet at least once on your stay as it is worth it…. the staff are ALL polite and friendly. the areas are clean and accessible. they just simply have it all—- just too much of good things at this place sooooo Boracay Shangri-La wait for us!!!!

very minor-toilet bowl flush was not working well but our bad coz we just dont want to be disturbed so we didnt complain it

The place itself because it is well maintained and the people working with the company are almost all warm and caring with their guests.

They somewhat missed that we were there to celebrate my birthday.

those staying beside our room were noisy, I could hear them as I was trying to sleep which was annoying

The beach was great with a lot of fish even pretty close to the beach. At just a little over a meter deep right behind the big rock in front of Breeze, I think I saw about 10 kinds of fish in less than 10 minutes. The sand was good too, not too coarse, maybe not powder soft like flour but fine enough for kids to play with and walk pleasantly barefoot. My kids (11 and less mature and 5) loved the pools. Teens/tweens and above might not have as much fun if they prefer waterparks as the slides are for younger kids. King bed is huge. Two double? sized beds are put together with one mattress covering. A complimentary extra bed was also available but we didn’t need it. The greenery/landscape was beautiful. All the hotel staff were great. Service was excellent.

There’s not a lot of choices when it comes to food if you want to eat indoors away from the heat. There are only two indoor restaurants with air-conditioning; the buffet and a chinese restaurant, which was a problem for us when we were not in swimwear playing in the pools/beach. The air conditioner in our room gave off a moldy smell. I’m sure they would have switched us to another room if I had asked but I was already exhausted from two grouchy kids by the time we got our room keys which brings me to the next subject.
