the pictures of the flat on booking are not for the flat they gave me. they said they one I booked was already booked and they gave me another one... dirty, leaking water...

給湯器が故障、お湯が出ない、事前にフライトが遅いので深夜チケックインを伝えたが、前日にメールをしてけど返事が無いので勝手にキャンセルしたと言われ泊まれませんでした、代わりのホテルを用意されるがそこは満室、路頭に迷う、翌日チェックインすると昨日の分まで請求されました、舐めてんのか！

Nothing the woman cancelled without reason for our second stay .say we did not reply but she not reply to .she was very unproffesional .she could called us.

The woman who did not contact us . We are always busy and not really always on our phone .she could called instead of message on booking .com. as we already contact each other on the phone. (my husband comment) And why cancel if we already had 2 nights there? But anyway it was for the best for us, as we had a far better hotel, so thank you for cancelling. Moreover! You get what you paid for, its really cheap where the room itself is not so nice at all. Utenlsils were not that clean, I wanted to drink water but the cup has a marked of a lipstick on it, seems its beeing used and not wash.🫣 (felt disgusted) And we even found a small cockroaches 😑🫣 I thought there is a hair dryer too as per in the booking details facilities 😏 but I was wrong, I triedto look everywhere but theirs none. (Dissappointing) Lastly their was water below the refregerator (dangerous as we might slip from it) not sure why but I managed to keep it dry with the towel. Over all experience is terrible. What I only like is that it is nearby everything, thats why I choose it, its in the middle of the city. However, will never book this condo again, NEVER.
