We had a fantastic 2 nights and 3 days stay! It was actually my birthday treat for my sister. We had a lovely room by the beach, very clean and so conducive for a staycation, just to relax and chill. Food was okay, though seafood restaurant was very pricy! Apart from it everything was absolutely fine.
Staff were very courteous, but there was one staff who was overly courteous that we think went way too much for his comments! His name was JARED. He provided us service water, I asked if it was safe to drink, he replied, “okay lang Ma’am, libre man na!” We dont mind paying as long as it’s safe! But it was the way he said it, sarcastically! Then we ordered Long Island iced tea with our burger for lunch, he said, “sayoha pa sa alcohol Ma’am oi! “, we replied we are on holiday we can do whatever we want! We have been to most of the resorts in Mactan, we never encountered such staff! I hope he gets customer service training!

Vriendelijk personeel en ruime kamers met goede aircon. Mooi uitzicht aan privestrand en mooie verzorgde tuinen ...je werd naar je kamer gereden met golfkarretje
Goede bedden en heerlijke kussens
Wifi viel altijd uit en terug opnieuw inloggen... kamers lagen ver van ingang.
Ontbijt werd niet goed bijgevuld en brood lag verweg ( moest naar buiten terwijl de rest binen lag) het resort werd in eekends verhuurd aan buitenstaanders of organisaties die niet verbleven inhet hote...bijvb...zaterdagmorgen om 7h smorgens werd er voor onze kamer een bijeenkomst voor borstkanker gegrven metluide speeches en muziek ...grote speakers voor onze deur.....vreslijk ! Zwembaden zaten in weekend ook vol met dagjes toeristen die mdt kinderen kwamen brunchen .....we wouden onze uitchecktijd een uurtje verlengen wegens latere vluchten en ,oestrn 1000 phs bijbetalen ondanks alles wat we al hadden moeten verduren l......niet echt klantvriendelijk. Komen hier nooit meer terug....locatie was ook slecht

ホテルのスタッフがとにかくよかった。フロント、朝食会場、プール、ベッドメーキングしてくださる方、皆最高に良かった。
ホテル内のスパを家族4人で、一人5,100ペソ合計20400ペソのコースをお願いしましたが、頭の上でペチャペチャ喋られたり、長時間だった為寝ているだろうと思うのか、手が止まったりする事も多く、気になってスパを楽しむ事ができなかった。次は絶対スパはこちらではお願いしない。 ホテルの人も、サービスも、ロケーションもよかったが、スパは正直近くの安価な方が断然よく後悔しました。

プールの監視員がとても親切で子供らの面倒を見て下さいました。
夜のレストランが高いのとレジャーが高すぎて頼めませんでした。

The staff seemed to be trained well. Everyone greeted us when we met outside. We are satisfied with their hospitality. The value of money is highly efficient. Dinner tasted good with a nice atmosphere and live music.
They should not put milk in sikwate for the breakfast buffet, which made it too sweet. That would be Filipino signature. We strongly suggest the management to consider about this as my other friends who stayed also have the same sentiment.

Несколько замечательных ресторанов рядом с вкусной и не дорогой едой.
При нас через вечер был буфет барбекю. Очень разнообразно и вкусно с живой музыкой.
Хороший просторный номер.
Есть комары, боролись фумигаторами.
Разговоры о пляде - искажение действительности. Небольшая мелкаячаша с водорослями глубиной около метра.
И все.
Такой же глубины три бассейна.
"Пляж" это единственный минус.

Mukava resort. Suuri huone, jossa kaksi isoa vuodetta. Hotelli näytti olevan perheiden suosiossa. Kolme eri uima-allasaluetta, jotka olivat hieman ruuhkaisia. Paikka oli kuitenkin hyvä pysähdys matkallamme El Nidosta Singaporeen.
Sekä huoneen että ravintolan hinnat olivat mielestämme aika korkeat alueeseen nähden.

Easy access and good spots are near. Easy check in and checkout. The cleaners do a good job.
Beach isn’t really a beach. No water pressure in the shower. Prices for food are scam and just too much also for all the tours. We asked for different tours and they ask for about 24k for 2 persons. You can get much better prices outside of the resort. Also better food, the food inside is just average. There are some really good restaurants near. Very affordable and great food. The resort is just not worth the price.

위치- 조금만 걸으면 빵집, 과일집, 마트,환전소 있구요.툭툭이도 리조트 바로 앞에 있어서 이용하기 좋습니다. .
친절함 - 직원들 대부분 친절하구 서비스 좋습니다. 해마다2~3차례 숙박하는곳이에요~^^
식사- 5박.6박을 하기에는 음식이 다양하지 않다는 생각입니다.
조금씩 변화를 줬으면 합니다.

Nice restaurant, and friendly staff. Quiet at night.
Dark room, no natural light, lots of mosquitoes enter when opening door. Over priced. Very small TV. No privacy from people walking by.

The smell of the chlorine when cleaning the pool … needs to checking the amount of chlorine used during the cleaning. It gives you headache.

Room, beach access, swimming pool, staff are very helpful. Extended my stay for 1 day & resort helped to accommodate with ease. Book water activities near the beach. Also there are 2 restaurants, 1 bar, 2 juice bar. 1 restaurant is open 24hrs.

The staff were incredible and went above and beyond to help me when I needed it, which included some minor medical attention. The food selection available was great and lots of pools to choose from if you didn't like the beach.
My room was quite close to the restaurant and a pool which made it quite noisy. The restaurant had live music one night which made it difficult to sleep.

I really loved the beach resort atmosphere! great people, great food, great time. The meal was a much bigger portion than I expected! definitely worth the price.
The property was a bit old. They were clean but considering with the price.. I don’t know what to say..

Very nice, decent sized room in a quiet corner of the hotel, overlooking pool which whilst we were there was virtually empty. One pool seemed to be open to public (it was Easter weekend), but other two were nice and quiet. Hotel is near to the airport so very convenient upon arrival and if you are heading onwards, lovely staff!
'Snorkelling' trip was rather underwhelming, basically paid quite a bit of money for a boat to take us c. 150m over from the beach. Dogs barking/cockerels crowing at night bit annoying, but encountered elsewhere in Philippines

we like the pool and the staff are very accomodating and friendly. the breakfast was great.
beach towel required a towel card and we were not informed upon check in about the towel card, however, other pool area they give towels and they just ask for room number. the water in the shower was a bit slow. the reception didnt take note about the senior citizen id that should be given back upon check out because we use a wheelchair for old age, we have to come back and get it. it was a bid crowded but it was still ok.
