The beach was not crowded and just a short walk from the condo. We were able to have a nice relaxing time as a family.

We had a great time! Everything went smoothly and the location was wonderful-quiet but easy access to everything and super easy access to the beach! The waves are much less than the southern part of the island but there are still some waves as the tide comes in. It was perfect for our young kids. Highly recommend

Great family vacation. Facility was so family friendly, close to the beach and had 2 pools onsite. Loved it, would definitely stay here again.

Property was nice , close to the beach, nice pool area, far enough away from most of the activity. But not to far. The only thing we wished the weather was warmer, we are from northern Wisconsin. It was still nice . That has nothing to do about the property.

Relaxing

We really enjoyed our recent stay on Tybee Island. The location of the condo was great. It was very quiet and relaxed there. We enjoyed being close to the beach and having access to the pools. We loved that we were walking distance to the lighthouse and the marine science center. We look forward to returning to Tybee.

We were very excited to beginning our first vacation to Tybee Island. Management staff were very nice and we had an easy check in, but once we arrived at the rental it all changed. We were not impressed with the location or the initial appearance of the entrance of the particular rental and it got worse once we opened the door. All the furniture was extremely worn and dirty which lead me to immediately open the pull out sofa bed… much to our disgust the sofa it’s self was broken, the mattress still had dirty sheets with a mysterious “poopy” looking substance on the completely worn out mattress as well as on the floor beneath! Thankful management was extremely nice and moved us to another location, although it was not beach side, it was nice. Unfortunately, we had to cut our vacation short because they could not accommodate us in the new room and we were not going to take a chance going back to the previous location. I don’t think we will be going back to Tybee.

Property was perfect for a long weekend. Easy beach access and the pools were clean.

Location was on the beach but close enough to everything else. Not a far drive to Savannah either. The condo was nice. Close to pools and beach can be seen from back porch.

It’s a nice small place to stay for a weekend, but be aware there’s a limited parking spaces. It’s basically for 4 guess Comfortable not for 6. It’s nice that you can walk to the beach from there. It’s very hard almost impossible to communicate with management, specially if you travel during the weekend. Also The place is gated and they only provide one card to enter the neighborhood, which is very Inconvenient if there’s 2 cars traveling.

The good: North beach was very uncrowded, calm waves, LOTS of shells, very easy to get to from the condo, condo has a washer/dryer, kitchen basics, and the beds were pretty comfortable The less good: the queen bed was more like a full size, one of the chairs had a staple out on the arm so I scratched my leg a few times, and the master bedroom is awkwardly laid out. The furniture felt fairly dated and wasn't much to look at, but for a last-minute booking we really enjoyed the location and the condo area. I would stay here again but would take a look at other properties first.

Tybee Island North Beach is readily accessible from this condo and has lots of area with mild waves. A jetty that separates the north beach from the south beach is nearby. Great tide pools and associated sea life at low tide. Beyond the jetty is more active surf and a beach with life guards. We had 4 young grandkids in another unit and the north beach was perfect for them. This unit has an elevator available, a large deck, and an entry porch. The condo had an inoperable washer and the dryer lint catcher fell out and jammed the barrel while trying to dry a beach towel. Had this been one of our backpack and carry-on trips the laundry issue could have been a problem. We weren't informed of the problem and found it upon entering the condo. The unit was clean, but the two living room chairs are dirty and the couch is extremely uncomfortable and sagging- time to replace it. The master bed was very comfortable and the linens were great. We didn't use the other bedroom. The kitchen was adequately appointed with utensils, but drain plugs missing from the sink made it a bit difficult to clean the pans that the dishwasher doesn't handle and it is evident that others may not have tried as hard. The icemaker in the refrigerator was inoperable. That must have been a recent failure as a couple of cubes were frozen to the ice catcher. We went to five places on a Sunday evening before we found one that had ice. So, that wasn't a trivial problem. Get your ice early. The swimming pools were great, very well kept and the folks taking care of the pools were pleasant and attentive. We enjoyed our stay, but the condo did not measure up to its description and we don't feel it was a good value.

The property was very nice, as was the beach. It was very close to everything. However they need to really stock some more basics like toilet paper. 1 roll in each bathroom for 2 adults and 1 kid for 1 week does not add up. Also the washer/dryer combo they have is stacked, however they didn’t buy the actual stackable washer/dryer. The washer on the bottom is top load, which makes it really difficult to use. But overall, a very nice stay.

This was a great little place on the beach, will definitely reserve it again next year!!

The place was perfect for our last minute trip. The deck looked out on the ocean, the neighbors were quiet but friendly, and the short walk to the beach was beautiful . I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place right on the beach.

No complaints.

The condo was not clean. After arriving my daughter took her shoes off and walked around in her socks. After a quick check of the condo she sat down and her socks were filthy, as was everyone else that had taken their shoes off. One child had to sleep on the sleeper sofa, after setting it up we discovered food stuck to the mattress, all over the floor under the couch. It smelled horrible. The condo had not been swept or mopped, we did the sweeping. The area is beautiful, the pool was open and was nice. The beach area is amazing, very few people, gorgeous area.

A great, quiet place to get away without all the hustle and bustle of the larger island towns.

The check in process was fairly simple. The location was just a brief walk to the beach which was private and not crowded. The unit itself was not clean, but they did provide soap, towels, linens, and detergent. The washer had to be pulled out of the closet in order to put the clothes in it. The bedrooms were small. The second bedroom did not have a TV. The balcony had a nice table and chairs. Due to COVID, the pool hours were reduced which I didn't understand since there would be plenty of time to clean it at night or early morning.

This is a very nice place. We'r will stay here again in the future.

Enjoyed our Stay had an issue with Dryer that didn't get fixed and the elevator was out of order so had to carry luggage up stairs but over all Great place to stay. We saw a lot of large barges from our condo coming and going to Savannah port.

This condo is in a great complex with 3 pools. Has multiple accesses to the beach and is directly across the street from the police station. Great family getaway. We will be back!

great location!

My family and I stayed for 3 nights in unit 32A and it was awesome! Very close to the beach, ac worked flawlessly, and close to everything. The only thing I will say is bring your amenities! You will need to bring trash bags, toilet paper, etc.. no biggie. You will love it! Guaranteed or I’ll stay the rest of your unwanted days!

The place was very nice. Only complaint was the house had very little of everything. The utensils to pots pans forks,, everything.
