El trato por parte del personal, muy buena animación para los niños y el buffet estupendo

Sólo tengo buenas palabras para este Hotel, muy enfocado en niños. Todo para los niños, en los restaurantes tienes la opción de pures si son pequeños, varios restaurantes en el resort, varias piscinas, animación infantil, la habitación maravillosa, y el buffet de cena y desayuno super bien. Nosotros y nuestro hijo de 18 meses, lo pasamos maravillosamente bien. El Aqua park infantil, mi hijo lo disfruto muchísimo. En la habitación teníamos una mini nevera, que fue genial para guardar la leche del niño, en el lavabo jabones y crema hidratante especial para niños, y los dosificadores de adulto con acondicionador para el pelo incluido, ah y muy importante, en el wc tres toallas, teniendo en cuenta al niño ( que nunca suelen hacérmelo en otros sitios). Nos quedamos encantados con todo. Volveremos seguro.

Lo único, por poner una pega, pero es algo incontrolable, que las piscinas estaba el agua muy fría, pero como digo, eso no se puede controlar, y que las cerraban pronto.

this was my second time taking family to the hotel. the staff are very good, at every level you’re greeted with a Hola! the hotel itself is a really lovely hotel, with great facilities and very clean. the food is exceptional

Hotel was nice , staff were absolutely brilliant apart from pool staff who were horrible. The location was not great and it was crowded. No control of the sun beds at all. Beds left empty with just towels fir hours on end and little sun shade for kids or older guests

My recommendation! we enjoy a lot! hotel is big with green zone and is closed from other view! Lots of pools and especially there are cool waterslides for kids! Kids area is really great! Mini-club is nice option if you want to rest alone for a while))) My son enjoyed kids show at night! food was excellent with lots of variety!

The only thing I didn’t like is smoking adults in kids area! I think should be special area for smoking!!!

Amazing entertainment for all ages, beautiful rooms and a great buffet.

Clean, good food 10 is for encouraging the team to perform better :)

I hated the food breakfast and dinner I didn’t like the cleaning of toilets around pool area I didn’t like when you asked for a towel for the pool they make you paid a deposit in cash, really??? what about all this auto systems with the bracelet? I hated the indoor pool was disgusting and smelly for a 4 stars hotel shows that is full of tourists that don’t care about This the hotel is full of kids. maybe on that plan I would not be complaining this much but I won’t never ever stay here again yuck!

We had the same apartment as last year and loved it. Pool view with big balcony. Staff so friendly especially the kids club team. My 7 year old had a great time taking part on the activities.

Second visit here and the kids were so disappointed on arrival they noticed the playground and football pitch was gone. Website still states that they are there!! Unfortunately we won't be back again as the hotel seems to suit families with smaller children.

Staff was absolutely great which compensated a bit of our frustration. Lobby and other places were clean and well mainteined. If i would have another change i would not go to this hotel with kids.

We planned our stay for familly of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids ( 2 and 5). Hotel was advertising a special kids mini aquapark with slides , small pool and couple other attractions. Only during check in we found that actual aqua-park should be ready next month... (still in construction stage).Our main focus was just make sure kids will have something to do without traveling far. Also a small kids playground was closed in the morning (during breakfast). We could see other kids dissapointed as well. Regrading food. Selection was great but dull. Keep repeating everyday. Lack of fresh vegetables like tomato, peepers. During the dinner over a week i havent see broccoli,cauliflower, carrot or mash potato etc. Room self at start wasnt properly cleaned ( was a good bit of sand on floor etc). We could feel smell of smokes as well ( whoever was in there before us must to smoke inside the apartment). Room was big enough but photos presented didnt give the real size. Indoor swimming pool was open only till 5pm- which is to short especially for kids ( what would be the point to go to indoor pool during the day when is beautiful outdoor). Lack of green field was uncomfortable as well, no room to play football etc. First day impression we had was to go and change hotel immediately. That was May-day week so everything was fully booked.

the room was dull and tiny ..no amenities (iron etc!..shower was difficult to work (wouldn’t work at the best of times) hairdryer is dated ..view was looking into someone’s back garden

It is a great hotel, with everything to entertain my kids and us, the food was delicious and plentty to choose from, the pools are big, they have a big playground and the kids club. They also have other restaurants for lunch as well.

I didn’t like the mattresses, the beds are old my back hurt every morning whe I got up they need to update them. I also didn’t like some workers from the restaurant located behind the pool they we’re stingy and nasty. Also at the bar there were short staffed, but the were very nice.
