Habitació gran amb llits còmodes. El bany tenia dutxa amb aigua calenta.L'esmorzar i sopar eren molt complerts.Tenia una piscina interior, jacuzzy i gimnàs.

Ens van fer deixar l'habitació a les 10:00h am.

La animación y la sala infantil

Que por la noche están los niños corriendo y jugando por la piscina porque están las puertas abiertas y no hay ningun vigilancia

Great Amenities for a 3 Star Hotel.. Receptionist Hermosa was very helpful. The food was good. The room cleaners were great.

Lack of staff and English speakers. Had to repeat things several times and, in most cases, would just forget about request. We got all inclusive however Some staff thought they were doing you a favour for refils. Bed and linens are outdated. It is difficult to get comfortable. The swimming area is a near death trap. In my 8 night stay, I think I saw a life guard in the area once. Also, floors are very slippery.

Loved how modern and new the hotel and complex was. Good entertainment during the day for families/children. Close to the beach

Breakfast wasn't great, big choice but food was cold unless you got freshly cooked. Night entertainment wasn't v good

The afternoon entertainment was so annoying 2 men running around making stupid noises and play fighting. Not relaxing at all. A designated area would be advisable Staff weren’t approachable or particularly friendly

Good room, nice pool, variety of food and friendly animation team and bar maid Nuria.

Some of the staff weren’t as friendly and there was a couple that had their bags stolen from the pool. Thieves had hopped the fence took their bags from sun loungers and hopped back over- the reception staff seemed to know this ‘can happen’ so signs, security or cameras would be helpful for future guests. The token system for drinks/ cups didn’t make much sense.
