Clean, comfortable room, very comfy bed, hot shower, very nice staff, good valet parking, good location/neighborhood, useful tv setting etc... This time the receptionist asked us if we prefer our room be higher level or lower.

There was no towel rack for bath towels in our bathroom. It seemed they removed the towel rack and never installed it back on where other rooms have. They forgot to empty the trash bin in our room after the last guests left. Breakfast can be a bit better

Excellent customer service! My husband had a medical emergency and reception representative was extremely helpful.

Unfortunately this hotel is under airplanes route, it's quite loud during the day. Quiet though during sleeping hours.

only problem was an airport in 1,5 km and landings and taking off planes.

Good location, comfortable room

Staff did not bother explaining about the facilities in the hotel, breakfast times etc. The swimming pool is quite small so it’s very deceiving when you look at the photos they put up online. Overall stay was ok but I don’t think I would return.

I think the only the I liked about this hotel was the location. Nothing else honestly .

I think positive aspect about this hotel was the location and the front desk great customer service, nothing else honestly. Is that enough? Decide it for yourself after reading this. They changed my room because the first was smelling horrible and the sheets were not even washed, as I found was so much hair all over it. I was disgusted. The moved me to another room and the secons room provided, at least sheets were decent, however it l had this odd nasty smell of an old and dirty apartment. I was too tired to complain for a second time, so I just decided to go to sleep. Woke up the next day with a commitment to not come back to that hotel ever again. Sad experience.

The room was quiete clean and the staff was very kind and polite.

The breakfast do not have a lot of food options and the food quality is not the best, the AC has a strong light Wich brothers if you want to sleep with the AC on and this is personal taste but we thought that the beed is too soft.
