Stag very helpful

Cockroaches +++ the tiny ones Noisey guests below and no one on site to tell them to reduce the volume I wasn’t sure if someone was being hurt but no contact no to call police I was awaken to all the loud noise

The room was so noisy, I could even see the lights of the room next door through the gaps in the door and hear everything down to them going to the toilet, I got a fright when the guy next door coughed because it was like he was in my room the walls were that thin it was like living in a tent. I was exhausted and arrived after midnight from the airport after my long trip but woken super early as the staff arrived and the cleaning supplies must of been next to my room so with the thin walls it was super noisy and I was not able to sleep while they chattered and banged around from just after 6am. I even took a video which I cant post on here unfortunately of the noise I had to try and sleep through. I accidently left my phone charger in my room and contacted them two times to see if they found it so I could collect it when I was back in Cairns on my way home from my travels but not one single reply even to this day. Although I was only in this place for less than 12 hrs I will not being coming back.

Quiet central location.

Room is clean and tidy, bigger than I had anticipated, bed is omfy, central to everything

Only downfall I can think of is there is no toaster,

Older property but spotless Spa was a bonus Happy Friendly staff

Easy check in and friendly staff. Close to town and reasonably priced. 4 good reasons to stay here. I always stay here when in Cairns.
