Very friendly and helpful staff on check-in. Serenity pool was lovely and quiet, lagoon pool and bar was also nice.

had no lift so it was hard to carry 2 big suite cases up 3 levels

drinks wait was very long and cocktails weren’t that great for the price

Great location, great pool facilities.

Showed was mouldy and leaked water all through the bathroom, only one chair on the balcony, no fresh towels given, were required to clean all dishes or face a cleaning charge but didn’t have a sink or detergent, people in the room next to us smoked cigarettes on the balcony and the smell made it’s way into our room.

A lift to the penthouse!!

The room was very spacious, kitchen & laundry was great, great view of the pool from the balcony and the rooftop terrace with the spa was very spacious & great ! The pool & pool bar was also amazing as was the hotel's restaurant

The only thing that I didn't like was that there was no elevator to get to my room, so I had to lug my heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs but I guess it was a good workout ! Otherwise I didn't mind taking the stairs as it was extra exercise :)

Did not have breakfast in house.
