Really nice hotel, with a nice pool and beach in front. I am thankful to the staff who changed my reservation without additional fees, since it was a bad weather.

everything was ok

The pool was amazing, but the furniture in the room was very old, ripped and dirty. The bathroom was also pretty old and shabby. The entrance door was shaking all night because of the wind and we couldn't sleep because of the noise.

Great hospitality wonderful staff good breakfast very nice sea view room with nice water sounds at night. It was very quiet most of the time.

The horse next door is very very hungry. Please he needs hay apples and water & shelter!!! Poor guy

We took half board, the Breakfast was a wide variety of food. The dinner is restaurant like, have to order from the menu. Everything was delicious. The staff is very kind, and comply with covid regulations. The area is quiet, there is a pebble beach in front of the building. But other famous beaches can be reached in half an hour. There is a billiard pool and table tennis which is available for the guests. You can hear the sounds of the sea from the room balcony. The hotel I think is old, but lately renewed.

Hotel Sunny Bay is excellent in every meaning, because the location near of the sea was just amazing, all staff is helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Ioannis, Costas and Eva! Breakfast based on high standard of central Europa, room was clean, balcony large with the sea view and also towards to the rising sun, WIFI was excellent. I don't have any complaints. Even the earthquake was mild, shaking coffee with milk in the cup at breakfast, but nothing else to worry about. Highly recommend the place and staff.

Wonderful view of the sunrise and the sea from the room terrace, king size bed really comfortable, very good breakfast, extremely nice personnel. The position of the hotel is on my opinion the best in Kissamos and for visiting west Crete; it is closed to the city centre but away from the crowd, with a precious sea view and surrounded by nature.

The fridge and the air conditioning should function all day. I suggest to put a bottle of water in the fridge for the arriving guests.

Perfect location to visit the beautiful beaches in the western side of Crete; really great staff - everyone was extremely available to help and friendly; delicious food. I really suggest Sunny Bay hotel. I will definitely come back.

The best thing is the view from our room. It is amazing. Nice and clean hotel, near to restaurants and other things.

Beach in the hotel isn't the best option.

Amazing beachfront hotel! Great location, Impeccable clean, super friendly staff. Huge and clean pool. Ask for a sea view room - you will sleep on the sound of waves every night.

The hotel was very accommodating when we arrived a bit after 3 a.m. The pool was well kept. The staff was very careful, especially at breakfast. Our room on the first floor was facing the sea--great view. And as someone else wrote, falling to sleep with the sound of the surf was great. We also appreciated the 100% cotton sheets. Sunny Bay did their utmost to meet any requests, no matter how small or large.

Selection at breakfast might have been a bit broader. It would also have been nice to have fresh orange juice.

We stayed there only for 3 nights, but everything was great. Staff was really nice, breakfast tasty and view from balcony was amazing, At time we were there it was a little bit windy as it is next to the sea, but we know that weather is not managed by hotel :)

Hotel pool was big and spacious. A lot of games for the little ones. Spacious rooms. Facilities above three stars rating standards for Greece. Staff was friendly.

Area is remote although location is on the beach. Beach compared to the standards of Crete mediocre. Rooms a little outdated.
