El alojamiento está bien situado, pero poco más, es muy ruidoso pues está al lado de las vías del tren, está muy húmedo, huele mal, y hay que hacer colas para prácticamente todo. Si tienes incluida la piscina es una estafa porque muchas ocasiones te hacen esperar para entrar en un horario además muy limitado solamente desde las 12:15 hasta las 6:30 de la tarde

Hay que hacer colas cada día para desayunar, el horario de la piscina es muy limitado, y en algunos ocasiones te hacen esperar para entrar, hay una lista de espera, es increíble y a ellos les parece normal. Además todas las habitaciones huelen mal a húmedo, como si alguien hubiera estado fumando años y años.

I like the buffet continental breakfast with different Japanese and Continental breakfast to choose from. We love the location, just 1km from Kyoto Station. And the bus transfer service to the train service was an excellent conveniwnt way for pixkup and dropoff at the station. We love the spacious room and comfortable beds! We had a restful sleep.

I dont understand why the fitness centreand swimming pool are only open between 1-8pm. I hope they open the fitness centre in the morning.

We had the family room and it was very spacious. The pool area was a bonus and Walking distance to the Kyoto train station.

Breakfast was okay.

Un poco antiguo, al menos nuestra habitación no había estado reformada desde que se construyó el hotel. Se veía un poco viejilla. Creo que no corresponde con el número de estrellas que tiene el hotel

Big room space, very clean and comfortable conditions.

Outside of the window you can see the rail tracks where you can hear the noise from. Luckily the trains stop proximately between 11pm and 5am. It didn't bother too much to our sleeping.

The hotel is located a short distance from Kyoto station. We walked to the hotel upon arrival then found out that there is a free shuttle to/from Kyoto station running all day, so we used that for the next couple of days. Rooms were good size - we had a double queen with plenty of room to stretch out. Our infant soon enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows with a view of a bust traffic intersection and some rail lines. We had breakfast options - there was a buffet downstairs or a sitdown at a fancy french restaurant on the top floor. Opted for the buffet every day as it was easier to ensure our baby would find something to eat. The food was pretty good.

Although it was close to the train station, it is outside of town. Had to take a taxi or local trains to see the sights. It also housed large tour groups so if you ran into them at breakfast there were waits.

The location is prime. Walkable distance to Kyoto station and Aeon Mall. Parking is available for free (after contact with the hotel reception) Room was spacious in comfortable size.
