Colazione ottima. Posizione centralissima

Классный отель на короткую поездку. Недорогая цена. В номере очень чисто, все работает, есть все необходимое. Внимательный персонал. Рейс отложили .Разрешили на два часа позднее выехать с номера, за что большое спасибо.

Один минус, невероятно жесткие подушки, на них спать невозможно.

Отель не молод) Хотя он обновлён относительно недавно, но планировки не очень. Из окон вид на стену здания( розеток мало и они не у кровати(

There were many sport teams from different countries, all those guests were talking loudly in corridor beside all rooms up to 02:00 a.m and many other guests couldn't sleep and get rest. When this uncomfortable situation reflected to reception and manager, they DID NOT take any action. Moreover, I booked two rooms via booking.com and paid by visa card (I have evidence) however in the next day I received an email from booking.com, that why I didn't use the property in scheduled date?!!!!! I believe, management of this hotel is very poor and spoiled the face of booking.com for all users. I will never go there and strongly NOT recommend anybody else. Please take proper action.

Friendly staff in the bar. She helped us to reheat our food.

- it smells like sewage and really really bad during second day. First day you do not notice anything. But then the next day you are dying because of that horrible smell from the toilet. - we asked to change the room but we’re given a horrible room again with a smell again which we noticed on second day( first day it’s clean from a ton of chemicals they use). We were extremely mad at this point and manager told us that it is normal and smells like that in entire Astana. Great. - we then lived in third room with upgrade lol which did not smell - overall staff is kind of annoying as when we told our room smells bad they wanted to come and check if we are telling the truth instead of helping us. - location is also not best, people tell the location is central and good however if you want to walk around it’s hard as there are too many cars outside. - after we checked out of room, hotel tried to scam booking.com by saying we didn’t live in it. They tried to cancel my booking as if I didn’t even come live in it. So maybe I cannot leave a review. However this is a horrible thing to do. Also maybe that’s why people think it’s a good hotel as other people with bad experience cannot rate it.

Good location. Nice clean room. Staff very helpful, especially the reception staff, very friendly and helpful.

Air con was a bit poor in some rooms, I got moved to a room with better air con.
