Отличное месторасположение, удобный выезд в горы. Идеальная территория с магазинами и ресторанами

В обьекте чувствуется амортизация, сломаный стульчак, известь от жесткой воды на швах кафельной плитки.

Great location near the city and Koktobe. Mountain feeling - quiet with nice cafes right outside the door. One of my favorite gems to stay in when in Almaty. Staff is super friendly and helpful - never any issues!

While the room was clean, there was evidence that its only cleaned on the outer surfaces. I dropped something on the floor and when I went to pick it up (behind the table) there was months of dust and old garbage behind it, as well as under the bed. It is a very clean apartment, but needs to be dusted better before new occupants arrive.

New modern area, with clear air, not far from the the center

Aircondition did not work properly, not cooling. At night very noisy, I think restaurant personnel from the 4th floor made some noice, or neighbors I do not know. But it was terrible noice from 22 pm till 1-2 am at night.

No fresh bathroom towels and bathrobe

Great aparthotel in a fresh new location. The apartment itself was fresh, clean and solid. Internet was fast, which is always a good thing.

It's a bit hard to find, pay special attention to signs on the buildings. On the other hand, I am thankful for keeping up with the design code. Basically you have to call when you arrive, or WhatsApp, which is fine, just not super comfy.
