The breakfast was kind of good. I like it. People were very friendly all the time. The hotel is well located.

I was there during summer but the swimming pool was in maintenance. So, I paid for a service which was not operating. The wifi service was just ok. I am a scientist and I need to deal with a lot of zoom meetings. I needed to bring my laptop among my floor (11th), the restaurant floor (4th), and the lobby (1st) looking for the "best" signal. Not happy with that. The hotel price is comparable with any 4-star hotel in Europe or America or Asia (I have been in Greece, Helsinki, New York, Tokyo, Shanghai...), so that you expect to have high quality services (swimming pool + internet). The restaurant service was very limited, no lunch no dinner. By last, there was a study area in the 1st floor. I was there but the desk was broken and the light was poor.

Location, view, size of room. Also received some excellent recommendations from the bartender working in the evening.

The staff is the best point of the hotel. Very kind ans help us with many requests. The room is very big. There was a double bed and a single bed. Large bathroom with hot shower. Garbage basket in bathroom and bedroom.

Worst of all is the smell of dust inside the room. Another very bad point is that the bed is extremely soft where we get to sink. I couldn't use the room safe even though I followed the instructions. Breakfast is very simple and didn't catch our attention.

Breakfast -even for COVID restrictions- was a bit lacking. Room services (TV, AC) were pretty old, and half functional.

Noise from outside: Seagulls camped outside window early morning wake up din. Single glazed windows, not soundproofing curtains. Room cleaning: we didn't realise (we should have been advised) we had to put the little card left on the table into the card slot outside for the room to be cleaned. Came back to the room how we left it. Breakfast buffet: you get a time slot, there are items wrapped in cling film with no indication as to what they are, could have opened them all to find out what they are but that would be ridiculous. No toast option.

1- the access, after 7:30 , is through an ugly corridor. 2- Breakfast is not very good.
