This is a great property for a family, I had 7 stay and we never felt crowded, there are multiple levels including multiple outdoor spaces. The property is much larger than it looks in the listing - it is a stand-alone Casa which can be difficult to see from the pictures in the listing. The gated resort area is large and there are shuttles to get you around, I recommend renting a golf cart which we did which enables us to go to the Sunset and Pacifica resorts whenever we wanted without having to worry about a shuttle reservation. The concierge is a 30-second walk from the front door of the rental and was able to schedule anything we wanted.

The Villa is beautiful both inside and out. It's very tastefully decorated and with the exception of no games or cards to be found there was nothing amiss. Although they have a shuttle at your convenience we rented a car and were happy we did. Rudy, the property manager, was on point for anything we needed. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you Lisa for helping us make family memories.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The community is clean and quiet. The photo opps in the house alone are worth the stay.
Lisa, the host, was so responsive and a sweetheart. We felt safe and knew we would be able to ask questions if necessary.
Check all possible routes from the airport if you choose to rent a car. It’s a long stretch…and you have to watch the local drivers. But once you are there and on the front balcony or rooftop, it’s all worth it!

We traveled with two families, four teenagers between us. The villa was very nice, plenty of space for us all and everything we would need was during our stay was stocked and available. We did purchase the all inclusive meal plan at the Sunset Resort and were thankful we had paid extra for a personal use golf cart during our stay. Besides the heat during this time of year, our stay was perfect.

What an amazing trip! We travelled as two families (4 adults and 3 kids aged 5,7 and 8). The property is just as pictured- but even bigger. The private pool and hot tub is fantastic. Right across the road from the house is the concierge who can help with everything- from booking taxis, to tours to shuttles to the other properties. There is an Infiniti pool and hot tub with a pool side menu and bar as well and a little store. Right behind the casa is another great pool- it was almost always just us in that pool!
The house is well stocked with towels and everything you need. The manual that is provided is very thorough and helped us navigate the house, the community it is in, and recommended restaurants and transportation to and from the airport. Lisa was extremely responsive when the pool heater wasn’t working and she sent someone over to fix it right away.
The house gives you access to the 4 Puebla Bonito properties with shuttles to and from (1 is adult only). 2 of the resorts are on a beautiful beach that you can swim in.
100% recommend this rental- you won’t regret it!

This villa had everything that was advertised and more! The house was thoroughly clean, beds were perfectly made, more than enough towels, kitchen was well equipped, the pool and jacuzzi were ready to go. Lisa even made sure to have the baby gate setup and secure! The views from the rooftop terrace were truly breathtaking and the proximity to Copala clubhouse and the tower pools couldn’t be more convenient. Lisa was quick to respond to any questions we had and we truly felt comfortable at the villa. A very well run vacation rental home with all the added amenities from Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort. We spent a few days at the pools at Sunset Beach and ate dinner a couple nights at the Market which is a food hall type experience that was great for having kids with different cravings! Our experience was top notch and would certainly recommend staying at this Villa in Copala!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house is beautiful and matches the description exactly. Comfy beds. Large closets. Huge showers. We loved hanging at the pool across the street with a bar and food. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with. Not a single negative thing to say about this property. We will be back.

Great Place
Spent Spring Break with my 16 year old daughter and 18 year old son at the house. They each brought a friend. House was phenomenal and exceeded expectations. Lisa was fantastic in her communication and the staff at Copala was amazing. Leslie the concierge is a complete rock star.
Only advice I would give is that the house is a taxi or shuttle ride away from anything. Small inconvenience as the whole Quivera area is beautiful, but if you are planning on spending a bunch of time in downtown Cabo it’s a ways from the house. Personally, I was thrilled to not be in downtown Cabo during Spring Break, the kids perhaps wished it was walkable😀

We had an amazing stay! The house is beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location.
We have stayed at Cópala previously in one of the towers. This time, we decided to try a house. It was awesome! Linda was the perfect host, responding the questions very quickly. The house had plenty of beach/pool towels. We rented our own car and it was so nice to go down into downtown Cabo on our own. We even drive to the hotel Rosé and parked right there. It was perfect. Costco is close and La Comer was a great grocery store. We will definitely be back!!!!

Even better second time around!
This is our second time renting the same house in Cabo. We have travelled to the same places however have never stayed at the same place as we like to try new areas etc. There is nothing that beats the location of this property in Quivira, the house is outstanding, very clean and neat. Definitely does not disappoint. The community pool just steps outside the house is very convenient and great as it doesn't get as crowded as the resort pools. Lisa one of the owners is great to book with, very friendly and responsive!

Great stay
Our experience at this Copala Casa was fantastic. The house accommodations were as advertised. We took advantage of the other PB Sunset Beach facilities. The location was great. There was a minor issue with the TV's that was quickly resolved by the property manager. The check in/out process was flawless. The property was clean and well taken care of. The proximity to the club house really made things easy. I would consider this house for future trips.

We had a great stay in La Copala at Quivera. Enjoyed the pool, loved the gated community, great communication with owner, everything was neat and clean (I am pretty picky about cleanliness), an updated and well-kept property. Would definitely recommend and we are looking forward to visiting again.

The Perfect Stay
All I can say is that beautiful , comfortable property was in a part the reason for our Perfect Stay . This property is surrounded by some beautiful landscape and views. The complex and all the amenities attached to this property is a nice added bonus . Proximity to downtown Cabo is only 15 minutes away . The Market at Pueblo Bonito Beach is a great place to catch a decent meal .
This home was comfortable , neat , clean and beautifully decorated . More importantly this home was stock with everything and made our stay perfect . The pool was great after a long day at the beach . The rooftop was our place to be especially at night . Home Away From Home
Family had an absolutely wonderful 8-day stay here. All of the comforts and conveniences of home with an amazing view and fabulous amenities. Property is gorgeous and the location was perfect. After day trips to La Paz and San Jose, we were always happy to come “home”. Included COVID testing was convenient and extremely well-organized. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This rental far exceeded our expectations! We couldn't experience all the available resort amenities into our trip, so we will definitely have to return.
The house itself is a gem! When you walk in you are introduced to all 3 bedrooms and the private pool area. Up the stairs you have a spacious open floor plan with kitchen (all the utensils you could need), large sectional couch (very comfortable) and 2 additional balconies for relaxing after a "tough" day at the pool. Then take a walk up the next set of stairs and you have a rooftop oasis to enjoy the evening twinkles, crashing waves and colors of the sunset in the jacuzzi or on the couch by the fire pit. The house was amazing and we truly enjoyed it. We didn't need to contact the property manager nor the owner for anything during our stay. We had everything we possibly needed! (And thank you for the welcome beer in the fridge upon our arrival!!)
The infinity pool across the street was beautiful and convenient. The concierge and staff were incredibly knowledgable and helpful as well.
As for the other resorts, we only ventured to the Sunset and Pacifica. Pacifica was more our vibe, though both views needed to be experienced.
Thank you for a wonderful vacation!! We will be back hopefully sooner rather than later!

Property looks exactly like the pictures. It's set on a beautiful resort that has an amazing view of the ocean. The kitchen/living area is open and gets so much sun. All of the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are gorgeous. The house is completely stocked with everything you will need. I will definitely rent this place again!

Perfect quiet getaway in Paradise
Brand new community, brand new house, immaculately clean. Spent most of our time on the rooftop deck enjoying the view, loving the soft air - heaven! The one minute walk to the clubhouse pool is perfect during the hot Cabo afternoons. Easy trip into town for evening dinners or beach visits (try Tabascos by the Rose). We did three boat cruises and the views and ocean life are amazing.

The property was exactly as advertised - spotless, very well appointed and modern, walk across the road to the clubhouse with the awesome pool, gym etc and easy access to other facilities and restaurants in the broader resort properties.
