The location is great. The hotel is very close (5 min walking distance) to metro, buses and the old town. The rooms are spacy, new, and the bathroom is perfect.

There is no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom.

Location is great, everything is close by. Wifi is amazing speed

Rooms walls are too thin, I could hear the person next door and woke up almost every night because someone was passing by or talking or simply unlocking their door

It is a nice hotel with a very friendly staff. We arrived early, at a holiday, and we were permitted to check-in before the settled hour. The hotel is quite near the Old City, about 10 minutes walks. It is very clean in the room. A good hotel for 3 stars.

The location is central, the room was clean. I didn't try their breakfast so I cannot comment. For the short visit it was adequate, especially considering the discounted price.

The hotel failed to mention they are under renovations. This means the lobby area is more or less a construction site; more importantly, the air conditioner in the didn't work (wasn't even plugged -- like a lamp and the fridge) ... luckily is isn't too hot/cold this time of year.

The part that I didn’t like the most was that I asked about the parking when I arrived, to see if I could park in front of the hotel and i was told yes. Then I received an infraction because to pay to park to the city. Since no one was in the front counter, we called and the lady told me since I’m American to not worry because they will not reach in my Country. The room had a wet smell, had mold in the shower corners, the mattress were hard that you can feel the box springs in your back. We contact the property by email about the tv not working for two days, the third day we called and the help desk person came and said he will had to have services the next day which we were leaving.

Great location, helpful and kind staff (especially the reception) and overall a lovely place to stay at! Everything is as in the pictures and the room is clean.
