We like the property and the location

The staff was helpful, room was nice. We chose a small double and it was small but we had everything we needed. There was a shelf in the bathroom so that is where we kept our suitcases. The location was wonderful, a 5 -10 minute walk to all the sites, but also at the edge of the old city so that we were able to find parking on a local residential street. The public parking lot across the street is always full so not useful. Breakfast was at a large restaurant in a beautiful public square about 5 minutes away. My only issue is that the staircase was a narrow and curved and I was very nervous on it. Would have liked to know that in advance, other rooms do not have this issue.

We arrived on the ferry from Italy and were allowed to check-in before 8am which helped a lot. The lady that dealt with us was incredibly helpful and friendly. It's really a series of appartments served by one reception and the breakfast is in a local restaurant. They were very friendly and the food was great.

The Divoata Apartments are a perfect base for your time in Split! Comfortable space within a few minutes walk of the main pedestrian areas and waterfront. I highly recommend Divota! We were in #402 which is a two level space with a large outdoor patio. Comfortable bed, great finishes, and great location! The staff was very helpful. We did not take advantage of their spa services and bike rental, but how nice to have the options. And they include a breakfast at a nearby restaurant which was lovely. Look no further. Plus how nice to get some laundry done with your own washer!

Great location as in the old town but situated in a small quiet typical paved street. At walking distance of every key activities. The appartement is nice, well equipped, modern, with a terrace and room service. Each person I had interaction with at the reception was very nice, professional and helpful. I enjoyed every moment of my stay. Great place. Great time. Great people

The location is amazingly convenient. The breakfast arrangement with the restaurant is fantastic and very enjoyable. Our best accommodations this trip so far!!!!

The location was great and the staff were really helpful and lovely. they gave us breakfast before our trips when we couldn’t make the restaurant. Room was clean.

The room was small- a room for two people should at least have space for two suitcases which it did not. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The cupboards have doors you can’t open and the bathtub is so slippy it’s actually a hazard. The reception is up the road from the actual apartments and the breakfast is a 5 minute walk.

the upper small bedroom and bathroom are very very very small. might be ok for children but not very suitable for adults. you can only go into the bed from one side, so really only suitable for short people.

Lovely hotel in a superb location for strolling into Split old town through atmospheric alleyways. Great room with pleasant balcony and comfy bed. Kids room with climbing wall was very well received. Helpful friendly staff and a lovely breakfast

We took the deluxe studio with balcony on Kovacica 20 it was amazing. Modern design, the kitchen is fully equipped, every day cleaning with replenishing Nespresso capsules, dishwashing capsules and washing powder capsules. The breakfast is tasty and available just few minutes walking in another building, you can also get your breakfast delivered to your place in case your trip starts early morning and most important for us was the amazing location very close to the old town of Split and also walking distance to beautiful Marjan hill where you can hike or check out viewpoint with beautiful view of Split. Very helpful and friendly staff. The only thing missing is iron board and iron but you can request it from reception and they will deliver it to your place within few minutes.

Lovely area of Split. Easy to walk to everything and everyone extremely friendly.
