Struttura molto bella situata proprio sulla spiaggia basta attraversare e sei lì in acqua staff gentilissimo è disponibile camere pulite ogni giorno .. Addirittura in camera mi hanno lavato le tazze della colazione che feci la mattina staff super

Proprietari gentilissimi; pulizia impeccabile; posizione ottima sia per la spiaggia di fronte (tranquilla e attrezzata), sia per raggiungere altre spiagge incantevoli della zona. Silenzioso, ottima la qualità del sonno (ma questa è anche fortuna di aver avuto vicini educati). L’appartamento è grande il giusto per due adulti e due bambini e ben fornito di tutto quello che serve. Consigliatissimo.

The hotel overall is very nice. I choose the location because of the beach in front. The room was nice and bright with small balcony. The host was welcoming and polite.

Der Garten war hübsch und gepflegt dass war aber dann auch schon alles was an dem Hotel schön war

Wir hatten die Unterkunft zwar nur für eine Übernachtung, um zu unserem Ausflugsziel Balos Beach zu gelangen, gebucht…jedoch war der Empfang mehr als unfreundlich. Das Hotel liegt zwar nahe des Hafens Kissamos und abgeschieden…aber mehr gibt es hier halt dann auch nicht….Keine Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen…keine Restaurants in der Nähe und das Hotel bietet auch nur Überteuerte Getränke an. Das Hotel liegt zwar direkt am Strand aber sogar an dem gibt es nichts und die Liegen und Schirme sind für teuer Geld zu mieten. Die Dusche war bei unserer Ankunft kaputt, die Betten steinhart, die Türen alt und laut und insgesamt konnte man alles durch die dünnen Wände hören…Wir haben uns für den Preis zwar nicht viel erwartet aber das war wirklich nicht zumutbar. Vielen Dank aber Nein Danke nochmal

Secluded and away from the public mayhem. Great beach across the road. Easy to get a taxi anywhere you want for restaurants but there were good restaurants with in 20 min walk.

Would have appreciated aircon in lounge area where we spent more time than the bedrooms.

Great location right next to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. Nice fresh breakfast.

Wi-Fi connection not good

We spent 10 beautiful days in Gramvoussa Bay. The hotel was perfect. The room was very clean, spacious and only a few steps from the sea. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. It is sure, we will return. Thanks for everything.

Spacy, clean apartment, nice owner, staff, dogs and cats :) The beach is next to the building and very beautiful. The port is 10 minutes walk from the apartment; nice ship tours 3 times a day.

A littlebit far from Kissamos (tavernas, shops, etc.), about 3 km on feet (we didn't rent car)
